SW: 152 CW: 144 (27th Dec) GW: 142 10lbs is again going to very ambitious for me, especially with the festivities that lay ahead. But I'll try. I will be happy to lose 7lbs, taking me to 145lbs. That would be a fantastic start to the new year. Best of luck to all of you :) |

I am in, I slacked off a lot the past couple weeks with the holidays, gained a few lbs. I feel awful though and am ready to get back on track now.

I'm just going to update my first post, but today's number was 70.1 kg, or 154.5 lbs...which officially puts me in the normal BMI range. Knocking on wood until my knuckles bleed in hopes that it stays...

Originally I was going to hop in for 8lbs, but I just realized that finals are next week so that means I'll have time off to do extra workouts after that! So count me in for 10. The idea of being 171 by 2013 makes me happier than I can even explain!

Not sure where I am scales-wise at the moment, but I've been doing great with food, am getting a lot of extra walking in, and have definitely had extra energy. This is turning out to be a great week, even if the scale doesn't end up showing it on Wednesday night (still hope it does though, lol). ;)
