CW: 228 GW: 220 Weighed in last night, was up another half a pound. :p I had a lot of restaurant soup the night before (low in calories, high in sodium) and attribute my stall to that and the [plain] iced coffee my SIL treated me to about an hour before the meeting. Here's to hoping for at least a mini-woosh next week! It's my very last official weigh-in of the year, and with this being the only time I've had two gains in a row since January (as small as they are), I'd like to end this thing with a bang. :D And out of all my weekly weigh-ins for the year, I've had a gain for only 8 of them . . . not bad, right? ;) I've lost 40 this year and no matter what happens next week it's an accomplishment that can't be taken away from me. :carrot: It's been a great year and I'm really looking forward to what I can do in the next! :cb: |

kk2323 - Congratulations! When that happens to me I always like to keep going to give myself a 'buffer' for the festivities. That way if I gain a pound or two I'm still at goal! haha
Shrinkberry, newleaf123, annieway and Mara - Awesome!! I'm so glad that December seems to be working out for so many of us! Honestly I anticipated a lot of gains just because of all the upcoming holidays. LockItUp - I'm sure you'll see that drop when you recover. As you know, when you're sick your body is fighting off the infection and like any infection, that usually means inflammation. I so wanted you to hit your 100 pound goal by the anniversary date but what's a couple of days in the grand scheme of things? Drop in the hat! Dougsgirl and Elladorine - Hey, we all know those fluctuations happen... not to worry! Just keep plugging away! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My last weigh-in was last Sunday (usually I do my weekly on Saturday but I was so surprised that I had to check Sunday too, and found it up an additional .8 pounds from the day prior! hahaha) so that was 6 days ago. I'm pleased to say that I am down two pounds! yess! I am not stressing the numbers too much but after all these months of seeing slow and steady gains, it's nice to see a little drop. :D SW: Unknown... maybe 125? CW: 119.6 lbs GW: 116-118 lbs (but realistically, 118.5 by 22 Dec) |

Went to dinner last night with a friend visiting from out of state. Mexican food. I ordered what sounded good, ate maybe half. Didn't have many chips. Probably helped I didn't feel well, plus my friend is ultra thin. When I go out with thin friends if I eat at their pace I usually eat a reasonable amount. Plus talking a ton while eating tends to hinder the shoving of the face lol. It was a nice night either way, plus isn't just half way through the month so I can hopefully see the 130s this month! |
