I'm finally in the "lose" part of my cycle and I'm almost back down to where I started, but not quite. I have about 10 days left to LOSE SOME WEIGHT this month before I stall out again.
My weight *finally* budged again! I had been stuck at 200 for six days.... talk about frustrating! And then this morning I got a magical pound-and-a-half woosh to 198.6! I have 3 lb left to lose to meet the 10 lb goal.

Thanks! I celebrated early when I ever-so-briefly saw 199.8 but that was just a tease, I went back to 200 and sat there afterwards. But a 198.6? I think that'll stick!! Woohoo!!
August 1st: 162.4 lbs
August 3rd: 162.4 lbs (No loss, or gain)

I have been on plan all month but nothing seems to be happening - this has been a huge stall for me!! It may be time to change up a few things but I will wait untill the end of the challenge to see if I will lose any more.
