Wow, look at everyone go. I'll weigh in on Tuesday when I get home from Dallas. :P Hopefully the traveling won't kill me. I think there is something inside my head that says "no matter how well you do while traveling you'll still gain".
Looking good! I'll update weights tomorrow evening with everyone's weigh-ins from this past week.
Mine won't look like much as I don't tend to lose at this point in my menstrual cycle. I might lose a bit next week only to gain it back while I get close to ovulation, but it's all good. I'm exercising and eating right. The scale will show those results soon enough.

159.6 yay! I have lost the 2lbs I gained and then some!! Love being back on track!
Last week I only exercised twice instead of three times. I planned on going yesterday after the birthday party but I hurt my back playing wii sports. I have no idea what I did but it hurts to breathe. So I'm just going to relax today and maybe go tomorrow. Or maybe take a break from strength training for a week. I don't remember what my starting weight was but I'm at 258.6 this morning. That's my pattern, though. I lose 4-5 lbs over as many days and then I gain back 2-3, repeat lol. So I'm steadily losing but today was my highest day since seeing 255 on thursday. I'm not worried about it. I'm still losing at an average of 2.6 lbs a week.
I'm in in in! I'm going on vacation Sept. 3rd so this is perfect. If I lose 8-10 that's would be ideal. It would put me in the mid 150s where I haven't been since......my freshman year of college!
