I seem to be stuck in the 160's. I keep seeing 158-159 then a couple days later back to the 160's, very frustrating! I have nearly doubled my exercise this month too!
8/1 - 160.8
8/5 - 162.8 (+2 heading the wrong way!!)

I ran for quite a while on the treadmill, so I ate a little more to stop me from binging and so far it is working! I saw 186 earlier in the month, so I hope to see that number again!

I'm really down about this. This is the first week in a long time that I've stayed on plan, and no loss? My only consolation is that TOM may be on it's way... not sure since it's still a little out of whack from having my baby.
Yesterday I had tons of water and only 1150 cals in preparation for weigh in today. And tonight I have a party and was planning on letting myself eat one off plan meal... but who knows, maybe that's what I need to shake things up.

I'll be curious to see my weight tomorrow. So far, my activity level hasn't been that high, just ~30 minutes a day walking, which is what is called for in the Dukan Diet.
But yesterday and today, I started doing a bit more using my Wii Fit, which I haven't been using in a while. It's possible I may show a small water gain because I can definitely notice my muscles are a little sore, but I know longer term, this will be a positive thing. And hopefully, I'm starting this soon enough into the month that any water weight will be gone before the challenge ends and the extra activity will help tip me over that 10 lb mark!

weeelpp, i'm finally back from vacation!! i kept pretty on plan save the last 2 days, but my loss wasn't quite what i'd hoped it would be!! oh well, i got the whole rest of the month, right?? maybe i can get a good 5 lbs in

I have stuck to my exercise goal of 1 Jillian Michaels DVD each day.
Its frustratingly slow going. I have some TOM issues currently and I wonder if that is contributing to the scale sticking.
