I weighed in yesterday, Monday being my regular weigh-in day, but I knew it would be off. We had a pizza cheat meal on Sunday, and that normally takes a couple of days to even out. So I'll count today, instead. Total loss for the month is 4.4 so far. I know I won't likely hit 10, but maybe I can get in the 170's!

Weigh in for the week. This morning I weighed 129.6 lb. That is a loss of 3.6 lb. I don't know how I did it. It may go back up but I'll take it and enjoy the 120s for the time being.

this is exactly where I am and I feel the same way. I probably will be closer to 10 lbs than I am right now, but maybe won't quite hit it. But I'm still so happy because even getting close makes it a great month!

Hope everyone is doing well, I saw the spreadsheet and it is looking great! Keep it up, we are almost there.

I had an awesome week! Finally getting somewhere. Six days left - I have 4.6 lbs to go.
8/1 - 160.8
8/5 - 162.8 (+2 heading the wrong way!!)
