I'm in! As much as I'd like to lose 10 pounds, I'm going to set myself the goal of 6 pounds as that's how much I need to lose to hit the 240's. That seems to be one of those magic numbers I just can't reach as I've hit 251 and 252 multiple times and then fall off the wagon again.
i havent been on the boards in a while and i've had kind of a set back but i'd love to try again. I know for me..10lbs in month just isnt going to happen but hey..like someone else said..AIM HIGH!!..and if i loose anything it will be a success. Ideally i'd love to loose 6lbs this month.
Count me in again, as well! Last month I lost about 10 lbs. I switched scales, so I'm not certain, but close enough! I have to go on a business trip - leaving tomorrow and returning Friday. I know my eating will be a little off, but will definitely be back on track on Saturday!

Count me in - I'm trying to lose by my birthday on Aug 29th, but cose enough. I'm starting out on low carb and the weight has been dropping so far, so I feel confident!
