Finally, yay! I guess I did need to shake it up b/c on Sat night I went pretty far over my calories, and the next morning my weight had gone down. Plus TOM appeared that day too.
AAAAGHHHH. So I had 4 days on plan last week, went to the gym 3 times and I gain 4lb. I can only hope that it has something to do with the time of the month, or some weird post-workout water retention.

what was happening during the 3 days when you were not on plan? even if you weren't eating tons of food, the type of food could cause temporary gains.

So my WI day changed to Mondays now instead of Wednesdays. WI today down 2lbs! *happy dance*
Weighed in today. Any loss is a good loos, right??

8/8 - 184.6
8/15 - 184.0
Total loss = 2.4 lbs
Not bad considering - I think the business trip Aug 3-5 caught up with me or something. I went down to 183.7 and then back up to over 185. I plan to fully stay on plan this week, and to cut out some carbs. Hoping for 3-4 lb loss this week!

total loss of 2.2lbs so far. I did see as low as 251 on saturday morning. Now I'm working my way back to that.
I'm in. I haven't been successful at this so far, but hopefully this will all change this month. I'll have to report later where I was at on Aug 1, but today I'm at 254.6lbs
