I weighed in today at 214.4!! I made it! 10.4 lb loss this past month. I honestly didn't think I would make it, but this week, I lost 3 lbs total. Making it possible. AWESOME! Which I have to thank for being VERY clean with my eating, I omitted whole wheat bread and pasta!
Congrats to everyone on their weight loss. Whether we made the 10 lbs or not. ALL of us are WINNERS! Weigh to go!
