Well at least my final weigh in was lower than my starting weight. 3lb is not good enough, but it's slowly, slowly going in the right direction. I'm off on holiday today so cracking on when I get back.

I weighed in today at 214.4!! I made it! 10.4 lb loss this past month. I honestly didn't think I would make it, but this week, I lost 3 lbs total. Making it possible. AWESOME! Which I have to thank for being VERY clean with my eating, I omitted whole wheat bread and pasta!

Congrats to everyone on their weight loss. Whether we made the 10 lbs or not. ALL of us are WINNERS! Weigh to go!

Total Aug loss: -7.2lbs Yay!!

I'm in for October, although my goal by Oct 1 is to be the same weight as I have two weeks in Vegas!! Not gaining would be a big win in my book!

Unfortunately I had some problems with binging this week BUT a loss is a loss, and 6 pounds is pretty awesome! I always remind myself that if I hadn't been at least somewhat on plan, I would have seen a sizable GAIN this month. So it's worth all the effort!

Couldn't get on here yesterday for some reason. Aug 1 weight was 186.4, weigh in yesterday was 179.2. Pretty good, considering! 7.2 lb loss for the month!!
