Stacy- I bet your 175 is totally from the diet coke bloating you. Keep drinking water and it'll go away. I get terribly bloated from diet coke. It doesn't seem to be so much of a problem for me with coke zero though. You'll be back down before you know it!

Sum: Glad you had a great day. I love to volunteer but wish I had the time to do it!

Gwen: That is exciting! I was thinking the same thing today. I can't really see my awesome thigh muscles through the fluff but I can sure feel it! Feels great!

Stacygee: Don't sweat it too much. It will come down in a day or so. Just keep workin!

So i am back down on the scale to 262.8! I'm really excited about that! I didnt get to do the kickball thing but my cousin and I went for a little walk. She kinda rejected me when I suggested it but I told her that she has to get moving instead of sitting around. So after a little bit of tuggin, she finally agreed. It was a good walk.

Today we are going for another walk after i get off work. Should be exciting!

Diana- It looks like that recipe was posted quite a few years back... before Greek Yogurt got so popular. I would definately try it with Greek Yogurt. Did you notice one of the reviews mention "runny yogurt" Greek yogurt is so much creamier I bet it would be a much better addition. Plus you would get the added protein... I think it would keep 2-3 days. as long as you would keep an opened Greek Yogurt. Nothing else in that recipe would be terribly sensitive in the fridge. I might go light on the lemon juice though...

I'm up to 172 after having like a four day run on 171, but I'm not worried. Probably just water. I've been doing everything right, so I know its not me.

Totally awesome NSV though- yesterday I wore my 11/12 jeans!!! They were totally comfortable and not tight at all! Woo hoo! I haven't worn them in a very, very long time!!!

Hope you all are having a great Sunday. It gorgeous here- how is the weather where you are?

Stacy Thanks for the info.

Speaking of diet sodas. My Mom has never liked diet sodas. Actually she has always hated them. She tried one of DH's Pepsi Max's and loves it. That's all she buys now. The only time she has something different is when she cannot get them when we are eating out. Pepsi Max is all she buys now.

MzJuicyD Congrats on your weigh in and going for that walk.

Still Congrats on the 11/12 jeans! The temp here is 86 with a heat index of 91. Tomorrow's high is 91 and will probably feel like 95.

For those interested in the Diet Hershey's White Chocolate Bliss drink, here is what I use.
Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Diet Hot Cocoa (2 packets)
Hershey's Bliss White Chocolate Hot Drink Mix (1 packet)

but I would rather have
Land o Lakes Mint Cocoa
in the place of the Bliss.
However, when I went to the market, they were out of the packets!

This is a weird NSV for me to talk about as I don't want to appear vain or full of myself, because ladies... I am a very self conscious person who hates the camera, etc. I'm just trying to overcome a lot of that stuff because I know it's only HURTING me.

So, as all of you know, I've lost 46 pounds. I now wear a size 14 and I'm getting my hour glass figure back (though it is still BIG) and I have big ta-tas.

Anyway... I noticed yesterday the guy working on our house (who worked on our house last year too when I weighed 256-260) did a double take when I came outside after freshening up from gardening. Today, at the grocery store I'm noticing the guys who work in the store are being friendlier and I've caught more than one 'look over'. I have to admit - it felt good! I still have SO FAR TO GO, but it's nice to feel I'm back into the 'attractive' range. I remember when all that attention disappeared too. While I never craved it or looked for it, it did sting when I realized that I gotten to the point of overweightness that I lost that.

Gosh, I hope that doesn't make me sound bad, but it's a nice feeling.

Berry No that does not make you sound bad! I have had some things happen recently, but I didn't want to sound vain or full of myself either. I will share since you have too.

What's up with the bag boys at the grocery store? I have had 3 different ones at 3 different stores, in the last month compliment me on my hair. It's almost making me paranoid. Does my hair look funny?

We ran into a customer at a restaurant. I have never seen him, DH has, but I have only spoken with him by phone. He thought I was DH's daughter. When we left DH asked me to repeat what he said. DH was not happy.

When we went to eat for Mother's Day. They charged us for 2 Sr and one regular. DH didn't like that at all, even though it was a reduced price. I told him they thought he was my Mom's DH and I was their daughter. He was not amused at all.

When I went to try on the swimsuit the other day, the SA was walking out of the dressing room to get some swimsuits for me to try on. She said, I am going to the Jr's dept, I will be right back. (Jr's dept? ) She turned and looked at me. I guess I looked shocked. She then asked me "Are you over 30?" I said 'yes ma'am, I am well over 30, I am firmly planted in the 40's'. She then said 'you look good, real good'. This one really made me feel good.

Yesterday, I went to the mall to try on a new foundation. I know the manager at the cosmetics counter. They were putting makeup on me. I told them that I didn't want them to use eyeshadow with shimmer on me. They said that I could use whatever I wanted because I don't have any lines on my face. Then a woman came by. She came up close to me and said "your face looks as smooth and soft as a baby's bottom". I guess that's a compliment.

I love to get Starbuck's coffee on Saturday. The Barista there wanted to let me know that he was being transferred to another location. He told me which one. He knows what I want and starts fixing it as soon as he sees me so I don't have to wait. He mentioned about him being transferred out loud. It was really embarrassing. I'm a married woman! Him being transferred is no business of mine.
