blueridergirl hula hooping? what a cool exercise idea! I wish I was good at it

What is up with me:

Well, I weigh myself on two different scales--one at my mom's house (where I actually did my official weigh-in) where I stay on the weekends and my grandma's house where I stay during the week and I can't tell if there is a discrepancy or if my weight is just being funky.

This morning, I weighed 207.2 on the scale at gma's house, but when I got to my parents house after work and (TMI alert!) had a BM, I weighed 204.2.

In any case, this will be the scale I use for my official weigh in, so I am down 1 lb on the dot from last week Monday.

Meals Goal 28

Breakfast: Laughing cow cheese (1), 2 slices of bread (1)
Lunch: Grilled cheese (4), Salad with chicken and yogurt ranch dressing (7)

Tonight we are having friends over to plan a trip we are taking to Disney World, so my mom made a bunch of WW recipes like their Sliders, salami and cheese roll-ups, and greek yogurt based dip with veggies. I have 15 points to play around with. I'll update later with what I ate

Hi Everyone!

I had a craving for a burrito earlier in the week. I guess it was because TTOM was getting ready to start. I'm the only one that eats burritos, so I didn't want to buy all the ingredients to make one. I asked on another area of the forum about a recommendation for a burrito. I could work the calories in, but the problem is the sodium. It was recommended for me to try an Amy's Burrito. I bought one and that's what I had for lunch today. It was very good and had alot less sodium than something I would get out. If I had gotten a burrito out, I would literally be able to feel my fingers swell as I was eating it. I am impressed with the Amy's burrito and enjoyed it very much.

Fashin The Taste of Asia sounds fun! I hope you enjoy yourself!

Whew! Its been a while since I have been in here!!! I have missed so much!

Hmm... is everyone experiencing their TOM at once including myself? It sure looks like it!

Lauren - Yes I made the Eggplant Lasagna myself. I found a recipe here and then tweaked it. It was my first time using eggplant but it was actually yummy!

love2b - Read the book and see if you like it. It may seem restricted at first but I find it to be pretty easy to stay on plan. Easier than ever before.

MrsD - Great progress!!! You are such an inspiration to me! When you talk about running I just sigh because I cannot wait to get where you are!

for everyone!!!! I have missed you all!

So I have been on plan for 6 days. No bad eating, no cravings for carb filled fatty foods. Today was the ultimate test because I went to the movies! I just got a water while my boyfriend got a huge popcorn and soda. I wasn't craving the popcorn or anything, I actually paid attention to the movie instead of stuffing my face!!! I am dreading next week because it will be someones birthday at work and we will definitely have cake. I'm really obsessing over this because I want to celebrate. If I do have a piece it will be the smallest piece they can cut. I hope I can just resist temptation.

Tomorrow I am going to weigh myself. I hope I have lost at least two lbs... I'm not asking for much....

B- 2 cottage cheese pancakes, 2 eggs with tomato, mushrooms, bellpeppers, onions
S- pepper jack cheese stick
L- 3 oz lean beef, 1 cup broccoli
S- 20 peanuts
D - eggplant lasagna, 1 cup broccoli

64+ oz water

Exercise - 1 hr callanetics (3 hrs completed so far)

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and staying on plan!

Hi Everyone! I stayed within my allowed points thus far.. Being Saturday night, I may go over a bit with a Sat. night snack with the fiance and a movie. Bleh. I didn't drink enough water.. no exercise per say today. I did get my hair cut, colored, and high lighted though.. I love it! Tomorrow is a girls day with my mom. Hang out at home and watch sappy movies all day lol. My lower back has been hurting a bit today on both sides, my mom thinks it might be a UTI.. I will be drinking lots of cranberry juice the next couple days and see if it feels any better. Hope ya'll have a great night!

Well, the other family left and I am within my points! This is mainly due to my mom miscalculating the points in a recipe she made. She thought these little, delicious (pieces of heaven really) salami and provolone crescent rolls she made were 3 points each, but they were actually 1-1.5 points each. So, I ate 4 of those and 2 mini sliders (1 pt each) thinking that was the end of my 15 points, but turns out I only ate 7 points! Even better, by the time I found this out, the rest had been eaten, so I couldn't do more damage!

I did eat some tortilla chips with salsa (1) and veggies with a greek yogurt based dill dip that was basically 0 points.

I still have 5 points left. I think I will just have some cucumber and tomato with ranch (2) and maybe a WW 1 point bar and then just leave the extra 2 points in case any of the recipes were miscalculated.

Morning all (ish!)

I've not had time to come and update for a few days sorry...suffice to say, I have been doing ok with food (staying within my calories) and fine with the gym (3500 cals gone this week)...weigh in tomorrow eeeek!

The reason I've not been on is a good one, we had my partners son up for a few days and have been sorting the yard out to make it look pretty Plenty of sweeping and digging which I havn't included in my calories so hopefully will have lost tomorrow. Going to be light on food today and do another heavy gym session to see if I can nudge my metabolism a bit.

Hope everyone's ok x x x x

Happy Sunday everyone, back to work tomorrow (booo).

I haven't done badly food-wise today/last night (they sort of merged into one, internet gaming will do that to you) and after managing an entire pack of Doritos to keep me awake during a late night gaming session, I've eaten:

A square of pate (that was breakfast)

Roast beef, mash potato, brocolli, corn cob and sauteed onions.

And now I've got some... pudding... thing... hard to describe, so this is it:

http://www.duchyoriginals.com/522.php

It's laden with calories, but frankly, it tastes so good I don't really care. And like my mum just said to me, it's FOOD at least, even if it isn't very healthy! Probably won't eat anything for the rest of the day anyway, so better stock up now!

Hi Everyone!

Does anyone here use Firefox? It seems like those that use Firefox are not having problems with the loading of this site. Any thoughts? It's kinda frustrating that it's taking so long to get on here. In fact, I have not went through and read the new posts. I have only been coming to check on the two threads where I check-in.

Fashin You have done such a great job with getting back on track.

I decided not to eat anything else tonight. I am really unsure of the calories in the spinach and artichoke dip. I would rather be a little under my calories than over. Also, I'm not hungry. In fact I feel kinda full since I just drank a large glass of water after I worked out.

Total Approx 1415 Calories

Breakfast (365 Calories + coffee)
spritz olive oil in pan
egg 70 cal
egg whites from carton 60 cal
Handful of spinach
2% Reduced Fat Cheese 40 cal

1 teaspoon jam 20 calories
coffee w/sugar and cream
juice 75 calories

Lunch/Dinner (1050 Calories)
Spinach & artichoke dip w/chips 400 calories
Tea biscuit w/butter 200 calories
Green Beans 100 calories
Collard Greens 100 calories
Grilled Mahi 250 calories
