Welcome kcx *waves at you!*
Today was better. B - toast (250) and wheatabix (200)
L - toast (hehe) (250)
D - rice (400), olive/cucmber/feta salad (200)
Total = 1300 cal
I went to the gym and burned 450 cal as I only had 45 mins. But will go again tomorrow and get back on track. Still unhappy about the throwing up incident, I was doing so well. But I have learned just not to eat too much otherwise my demons come stamping back into my head. And they are not welcome
Hope everyone's ok, Mrs D
Will post tomorrow all x x x x

MrsD - I am so sorry that you are going through these tough times. Take it day by day and please have faith. I'm glad that you were able to get your veggies in.
kcx- Yay for the loss!
Everyone!!!
Well, today I started following South Beach Phase 1. I must say that I have been completely satisfied today! No hunger, no cravings, I just felt good all day. I finally have control over my carb intake because initially I was eating 200+ grams a day! The only con is that I went over budget at the grocery store because I wasn't eating that much meat before and of course lean meats are more expensive. I'm hoping that I can find new ways to save and be healthy!
B- 2 eggs w/tomato, bellpepper, & onion, ricotta muffin
S- 1 oz cheese
L- 3 oz catfish fillet, 2 cups broccoli
S- 20 peanuts
D- Eggplant Lasagna, 2 cups steamed cabbage
96 oz water
Exercise: 1 hr Callanetics, 35 Min Biggest loser weight loss yoga (I never knew yoga was so hard)
I hope everyone continues to see progress! We can do it!!!!

MrsD, I'm sorry to hear your family is having such a hard time. Do the best you can with what you have and tie a knot at the end of your rope. Don't beat yourself up for you choices, just move on. Keep posting we are all pulling for you.
Elle, KCX, Welcome, good to have you both join us!
Storm, instructors make yoga look effortless, then we try it and think ACK! Remember they have practicing for a very long time, unlike say me who has only exercised regularly since '06.

A quick check-in before relaxing and watching a movie. I did well on my points today, burned up some calories deep cleaning my house tonight, and drank an okay amount of water! I'm not feeling real well tonight, I hope to get some rest and feel better tomorrow. I hope everyone had a great Monday! Off to blog..

I hope everyone is having a great day!

D: TBD
Exercise: Walked 2.75 miles

Good morning friends!
Welcome Ellie! Hang in there with the PMS - we know how you feel!
Monday
breakfast - whole grain organic cereal with skim milk, almonds
snack - 2 cups coffee with 2% milk (eschewed the half and half available in the cafe), small apple
lunch - activia blueberry yogurt, chicken caesar wrap from Whole Foods deli (whole wheat wrap, grilled chicken, tomato, lettuce, caesar dressing). Usually when I have lunch at whole foods I'll have both a sandwich and a small soup or something else, but to save on both calories and money, pared down.
snack - 1 serving triscuits (yes, I counted them), 1 serving cheese. I resisted the evil MSG/hydrogenated oil/refined carbs of the chex mix! Score!
dinner - 3/4 cup rice (yes, I measured it), curried veggies (broccoli, onion, peppers, tomato) in mild curry sauce. 2 slices banana bread for dessert. I resisted the ice cream my SO had bought. Score!
exercise - 75 minute Nia class, 60 minute yoga class (feeling a little muscle soreness in my back and inner thighs today so I know I had a good workout)
Scale today - 203.5 which is good considering I've been around 204 and 205. I am reversing the creep! Feels good to be on track and having the little victories that I named above, and confident I'll be able to get back to my ticker weight if I stay accountable with daily posting.

Its finally cooling off a little around here. I'm involved in a adult Bible study that starts in the next few weeks. The preperation seems to take over my life for a while, getting everything ready, meeting new people, learning names, finding my way around again, basically getting back into the routine.
