aww mtiger. That does stink. Maybe it's taking its sweet time to show up???

I didn't exactly get a whoosh either. Although I didn't weigh myself til later in the day and I was 175.4. I have been flirting with 173 so I hope that is confirmation I am getting down to it. I want to hit 170 by the end of this month. that is my goal!

183.4 again this morning....

not going to go down tomorrow either...Angie had a drs. appointment then went to knitting class...leaving me to fend for myself again....

another dinner of hot dogs rolled up in tortillas with cheese and onions and a can of chili...and chips....

sodium and calories to the max!

On a good note...only 2 hot dogs and they were Hebrew national low fat ones....40 calories.

MINDY Angie is back...I know she would not be a happy camper if she had to move her class!!

OMG EZ...you eat just like my SO. He does that same stuff. hot dogs, and he loves CHILI beans. He practically lives off them. Great job on the better hotdogs!

My SO has no fat on his body, and he sports a six pack on his small frame. so maybe eating like that is good for guys???

I have a 6 pack on my frame too....

1 in each of my 4 pockets....1 in my hand and ....well....one in my other hand just in case I drop one....

You forgot to mention the spare ones in the beer fridge...
Maybe we should get you one of those hats with space for 2 beers and a tube coming down to your mouth? Then you could have an 8-pack, or a six-pack and free hands for the hot-dogs.

I'm a fine one to talk, though. Went completely off the rails food-wise, ate pretty much everything that went past my face.
Being much better today, though.

Managed to squeek out a 181.8 today. That is the third time I've seen 181 something. Too bad it can't stay, or better yet,.....go lower. GGRRR!!!

I am still holding steady at 206.4. My husband just asked me if I had even touched the treadmill yet this week. And the answer to that is no but I have been sore all week especially today since I am moving things cleaning things or getting up and down on things to put things up on walls and etc. So I have gotten in physical activity in more so than what I even realized myself this week. I also started my Saturday morning class today and it is Intro to Philosophy and I think it will be an interesting class along with a decent teacher. Have a great weekend all!

oh EZ and tiger you guys are FUNNY. Blonde, you are retaining water again for muscle repair. You have been a busy bee. Tiger. If you keep seeing 181 it means you are going down.

WE had a birthday party yesterday. Plenty of food to eat. I had a hot dog with chili and 2 pieces of chicken. A decent piece of chocolate cake with some icecream (I actually threw half of my cake and icecream away! (I just didn't want it). Today is my low carb. low cal day. I was 174.8 yesterday.

so we will see what the scale thinks about all my fun food.

I think I am going in the wrong direction again...still at 184...boo-hoo

Let me see.....

Friday night the 3 enchilada special at our Mexican joint....beers and chips a must

Saturday night was good, chicken and veggies....chips and beer for a snack after church

If I can ever find a way to eliminate chips and beer from my diet I am sure to have much better success..

maybe not as much fun.

JEN The party eating didn't sound too bad! Congrats on "easy" ice cream and cake.

MINDY those kids will drag you down to 179 as soon as school kicks in again! Angie survived her first day back on Friday....no kids yet!

BRAT you will find time to balance class-work and exercise.

DUTCH and MRSAUGIE ....what's up?
