I going to stay on plan today because I'm really ticked off!

I stepped on the scale this morning and found that instead of losing 2 lbs, I actually gained 2 lbs! What the

happened here???
After reviewing my food journal and exercise log, I was even more confused.

Then I looked at my calendar and realized I only have 2-3 days before TOM arrives! Why do women have to deal with this BS? Anyway, I'm annoyed but not defeated...on the way to the gym right now!
