I am staying on plan today because last night I didn't get to work out as much as I wanted. I hate that feeling you get the next day knowing you didn't do all that you could. Although it was kinda out of my control, I'll make up for it tonight...
I'm going to stay on plan today because I didn't lose a single pound this week (and I was good except for a 20 minute brain fart period.) I've got to kick it up a notch to reach my NEW goal by the first day of summer!
