I will stay on plan today because I found a great snack. A tasty smoothie! 24oz and only 89 calories! I can do that!!!

I am going to stay on plan today, tomorrow, and next week for two reasons. One to show my son who bet me that I could not..... that I am a force to be reconded with and he should NEVER doubt the strength of his mother...... and two b/c I am getting married in May and I want to be HAWT!

I'm going to stay on plan today BECAUSE...tomorrow is my one year anniversary of the day I wrote down my first calorie count. I started seriously working on my weight loss goals on March 4th 2008. (I kind of thought of it as March forth...as in forward. ) I am going to weigh tomorrow, just so I can log in my one year weight loss total...I'm looking forward to it!

I'm staying on plan tomorrow (only because it's bedtime here), because I know that if I put my mind to something, nothing will stand in my way.

My plan, btw, happens to be cheerios in the morning, clear fish soup for lunch, a special k cereal bar or a fruit as a snack and some form of bread-like substance for dinner. And at least a 30 min run after digesting.
