i'm staying OP today because i've slacked with working out the last couple days. today was weigh in day and i lost 2LBS (yayyyy!!!) but i want to be TONNNNED!!
I'm going to stay on plan today because I really deserve to lose this weight and so far haven't consistently dedicated myself. I will stay on plan because every day counts!

Because I am feeling good about finally getting the scale moving. I was able to go for a Bike Ride finally (Michigan's winter has been a biotch). My grandma spoils me with higher calorie breakfast than I would chose to eat, so I stay strict on the plan for the remainder of the day. Very important.
Today I will stay on plan because I did so yesterday and I feel GREAT today! I also am -4 lbs. this morning (finally got rid of the bloating from crap food/drinks) and I am so motivated!!!!
