I'm going to stay on plan today because yesterday I tried on some Capri pants at a local shop that were on major clearance for $3 a piece (last summer stock) and size 12 fit...a little snug, but still looked good! I bought one of every color spent $15.00 have 5 new pair of pants, and they are so cute! Oh my gosh, a SIZE 12!!

I'm going to stay on plan today because in the next few months I'm turning 40, going to Vegas, Mom and aunt are coming and in-laws are coming. All expecting to see a big change, and I sure dont want to disappoint them...

I am going to stay OP tomorrow(since today is almost over and I need to get to bed) because I want to look good for my husband, even though he loves me just like this. Also to be able to have babies.

I am going to stay on plan, because I am going to a conference, and will be eating in restaurants and constantly presented with free food for the next two days. And tomorrow is my birthday. So, I am going to have to work hard to stay on plan... but it will be worth it.

ugh....I'm going to stay on plan today because I weigh in tomorrow, and I kind of blew it last night. I had what you call a controlled binge...stuffed myself with chocolate to the max calories I can eat without gaining, (hopefully)

i'm staying OP today because i bought some super cute slouchy boots with fringe that look like something pochahontas would wear but they look crazy good with a denim mini and i deserved them! so i need to eat and exercise like i deserve them...
