i'm staying OP today because i've been eating crazy good AND way upping my exercise but this morning my scale showed a gain up to 133. i will NOT let the scale defeat me!! WI day is tuesday so it's insane to get upset and off track now. i WILL get to goal!
I'm staying on plan today because I really want to lose some weight, plain and simple. Monday marks 3 weeks of watching what I eat and working out; I'd like to see some results!
