I'm staying on plan because eating junkfood always triggers my IBS. And I'm just not in the mood for that today!

Because I have a determination to make it to my goal...and stay there! I'm learning all sorts of new things about myself and it's thrilling to move forward after a step back, instead of going full throttle in reverse as has always happened to in the past!
