Itwould appear that myminor cheats and the big pizza cheat at the weekend have caught up with me. I am 1lb heavier than last week. I am a little annoyed as I have been soooooooooo good apart from a couple of slip ups. Still look on the bright side, still 1lb lighter than my sneaky mid week weigh in - lol. I am exactly on track for 1lb a week so it's not all bad.

Super - 1lb will soon come off now you're back on track (if it hasn't already), & 1lb loss a week is good steady progress, so you should feel really pleased with yourself for that.
Cat - staying the same is fine; you'll probably just show a bigger than average loss next week, you'll see!

I felt like a slug all week. It seemed that everything I ate went to my belly and stayed there - just hanging around! I feel fat and flumpy!
I wouldn't mind but I picked up 2 new classes to teach and started them this week. So I should feel like I did some work!
So I just slunk in and stood on the scales - I lost 1lb!!!! How on earth did that happen?

Well done Stef!
The classes must be working after all!!
It is always nice to show a loss when you least expect it.
Hope you feel better this week.

wey hey!! I lost 4lb this week.
Got on the scales with some trepidation this morning and, after a not so good weekend, was most surprised to see any loss let alone this weekend.

Hey Tracey, that just has to have felt good!
I know we aren't supposed to get on the scales every day but I can't help it! I lost another already - but I won't declare it until Thursday, when I am supposed to weigh in!
Classes tonight - steamrollered tomorrow, aaargh!
