Default I beg your pardon!

Cathy

I think we could just about afford a single starter. But by the time we get there that is probably all we could eat anyway

Where d'you go?

Just when I wanted to scream yeeeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaa you weren't there!

I hit the exercise classes a bit more this week and Monday I get to take part in a Salsa class. I'm hiring a friend to provide the community with a mix of classes and he decided to start with salsa afor 8 weeks then on to boxercise for 8 weeks and on and on....

I also started to nail the diet for a couple of weeks - I am hoping to get an interview for a GP referral to exerice job, so I thought I'd make an effort!

Guess what? I lost a bit more than I expected. OK I feel a little empty - I can't get the water down! But I lost 2.4lbs

I am now well into the 14's and the tin is rattling nicely!

Please be there for me next week when I bounce 2lbs back on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have lost 1lb this week, was hoping for a bit more but am hoping that some of it is fluid retention due to TOM. Hopefully i can shift 2lb and get into the next stone bracket for next week. It is only 3 weeks to my holiday now and am hoping to loose 1/2 stone by then so, with last week's setback, i have 6lb to go so need to aim for 2lb a week. Will have to exercise like mad this week!

Well done Stef and Tracy. At least there's people losing, I had a sneak peak this morning and still haven't shown a loss, am really starting to wonder if it these meds I'm on, time will tell, cos I only have two or three more to take. I have been an angel this week apart from Friday's dinner cos of rushing.
Keep up your good work, and don't be disheartened just by a pound, remember, a pound is a pound is a pound, it's all adding up in the weight going down

Hope you are feeling better now Cathy and that, hopefully, the gain wasn't as bad as you had imagined.

Well done Tracy & Stef. Not to worry Cathy you'll probably come back with a renewed vigour after your pub crawls!!!

Things have been really hectic; hence I haven't posted, but I stayed the same last week, which I was delighted with after 5 days of binging & only 2 counting points, & this week I've lost 2lbs.

Super job Shell, keep up the good work luv
I posted earlier, but hit the wrong button so it didn't appear, so I'm back again. I stayed the same again this week, apart from one bad night last Friday I have been on plan, so I shall hope to see a loss next week. I only have one more anti-biotic pill to take, must take it now while belly is full so opefully that's been holding this pattern. Wish me luck please, and good luck to all you future weigher inners

Ooops - forgot to weigh myself this morning. I'd laike to say I rushed out to the gym but I didn't. I slept in, snuggled up with a book and screamed out of the house only just in time for my first appointment!

I weigh +1 fully dressed with a bladder that wants attention. And I am already eating tea! So I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning when 8 hours sleep magially shrinks off that extra pound or 2! I only ever weigh myself in 2 things - the nuddy and carb depletion. Well I need all the help I can get!!!!

I just lnew I'd bounce some of last weeks loss back on!
