Walked for three hours round the zoo yesterday so that has to count, plus a turn at curves and again today so am doing well still. I still say curves is the way for me Would like a treadmill but can't fit one in this piddly tiny house, unless I make someone move out????

Any more of you girls voting on Dave, he was very naughty leaving me here while he went to sunny LV. Said it was in return of me leaving him and the kids when I went to AZ.....not the same I reckon though....

Yes you can vote for Dave again Carol...I reckon he'll have to be the one who goes, like they say over here, three strikes and you're out.....hehehe...I'll tell him later though, he had the afternoon off from work and has spent the lat three hours not very paitently trying to install a cd player into my car for me. I had to hitch a ride on the school bus to get home...needless to say the aair is a bit blue outside so I'll stay away from him for a bit. Oh yes...another thing...the sun is finally shining again, it's absoultely gorgeous out....maybe he'll have my car back together for me to get to curves later......hope so, I need to go, those size 16's are calling my name

Aha!!!!Now I understand!

I really do not know how to exercise at the moment...at the end of last year I was meeting my challenge of walking 3x20minute a week. Now though, this year seems to have really gone to pot. I have too much pain to walk very far at all and some days I can barely get round the bungalow.I think this is why I have not lost any weight recently, or rather over the past six weeks or so!!HEEEEEELP!!!!!
I am musing about trying the on-line weightwatchers plan as everyone speaks very highly about weight watchers and their points idea.If I have not lost weight on my next weigh-in day in 2 days time, I may try that plan to see if I can give my metabolism a kick start again.....

BritinNJ!!!!3 hours round the zoo?!Well done. I was staggered and confess I would probably hired out a camel.....

I walked/jogged 1 mile yesterday and spent another 5 hours gardening (digging) so that must be worth something

Teel..i know this may sound stupid but have you thought of exercising while sitting down? using light weights? doing leg raises? i am kind of interested in the bodyflex system at the moment and it is'nt that expensive so if it does'nt work its no great loss apparently you do it whilst sitting and you have a bar with bands attached to it and exercise while concentrating on your breathing..maybe its something for you to consider but i'd check with your patience of a saint doctor first

Teel I know the thingy Cathy is on about, there's an infomercial about it over here and I'm sure it's prob on line too, for more details. I thought about mentioning it to you but Cathy beat me to it, she must get on line before me...LOL..in fact, Cathy, I see you're on line now, that's a first as I never see your light on, and you're not that far away from me are you? How far are we, do you know, I have NO clue.....
