Forgot to post this last Wednesday - lost 1lb - I'm now 16.11 (I like to think of it as slow but sure!!) We're only 30 miles away from Dudley here but we slept right through it!!!

Here are the losses for the last 7 days

MiniGem = +1
Jingo = -1
TQ = -0.5
Ali = -1
BritinNj = -6 WOW
Veggie = -2 Way to go
Delaney = -1
Carol = +3

Giving us a weekly loss of 7.5lbs and a new overall total of 5 stone 7.5lbs. The weekly loss would have been higher if I hadn't been living it up in a hotel for most of last week.

Arn't we doing well? 5 stone and 7.5lbs!!! When any of us are struggling we must all remember that we are in this together and just how well we've done...

I weigh myself on my scales and ww scales - and as I post my scales weight on here I have lost 2lbs this week and I am now 16.9.

Default The tortoise is here

Hi everyone
Well I have not lost or gained this week I am the same as last week 11stone 8 pounds.
Slow but sure wins the race, maybe next week I will have lost something.
Not a good week for me I have been feeling a bit down. My arthritis has been playing up and is very painful so I hit the comfort foods.
Silly! yes it was. Not doing myself any favours! True if I stick to the diet and lose the weight I will be helping myself so giving in to feeling sorry for myself is not helpful.
What am I going to do! Keep going it is only a hiccup

Have a good weekend everyone.

I managed to lose the 1 lb I put on last week, but no more, unfortunately. TOM was due though, so it's a wonder I lost anything!

I'm really impressed that we've lost such a lot together in such a short time. It helps remind us that there really is a downward trend between us, even if we have a bad week.

I have lost 3lbs this week which means not only did I reach my birthday target of 12 stone 10lbs...I passed it and I now weigh 12 stone 8lbs not only that but I also realised that I have now lost more weight than I actually weigh now... I have lost 12 stone 10lbs...I am totally amazed and I feel fantastic

I am one very happy little bunny today ...I can't wait for my birthday party this evening....which I would like to say is now going to be exactly what I wanted it to be and not the meal that everyone else had planned
Hopefully I will be able to get some photographs taken tonight and I will post them in my gallery so you can all see.

TQ...you just hang in there and I hope your cold gets better soon

Mini Gem well done on losing that 1lb from last week especially with TOM being due any loss at this time is always a bonus

Delaney congrats on the 2lbs
and Jingo you are right, it is only a hiccup, we all have them, you just hang in there and don't let it get you down.

Well I better run I have lots to do before this evening
have a great weekend everyone

Ali

Didn't want to hijack the birthday post - so new post.

I am still with you all - I have been writing down everything I have been eating - however outrageous - but have been going to the gym at least 3 times a week (normally 5 times) and I have noticed a weight loss and inch loss.

I have decided to be strict from tomorrow (1st of the month) and rejoin WW. Imagine if I can lose weight by exercising, what a difference actually monitoring what I am eating will make. I am quite good about actually going to the gym even when I don't want to, but I think I need the accountability of a public weekly weigh in also.

Congrats to all you losers/gainers/stayers - we've all been there
