OK the losses for this week are

Arwen - 2 (counted last week - by mistake but worth mentioning again)
Minigem -2
TQ -2.5
Ali -2
Tracy -1
Jingo -6 = worked that out from the weight you joined us at and your current weight

Gives us a weekly loss of 13.5lbs and a new grand total of 70lbs - 5 stone exactly.

Am dreading my weigh in on Thursday after yummy hotel food - I am determind to be good the scales will tell the truth

I'm starting our new week off badly - a 1 lb gain. Not really sure why, unless I was building muscle because I did more walking.

For the first time in the two years I've been here, I walked the 2.5 miles from university to my flat. Twice in one week, too! Not sure if that's really enough to be muscle building though. My consultant seemed to think that I must be doing something wrong with the diet to have had a gain, but I think it's a bit dramatic of her really, I'll wait and see if it becomes a pattern before I panic.

Anyway, well done everyone else - that was a great weeks work last week.

Talking One step nearer

Another pound gone for good. I know weigh:
11 stone 8 pounds.

One pound off is better than a gain.

Tomorrow is my birthday and I am having a real treat, a low fat Tiramasu for dessert.
I am cutting down the amounts as I only need enough for us two and the recipe makes enough for 6.
Hope you all have a good weekend.

Happy Brthday Jingo!! Have a brilliant weekend!!

Hiya All

I'm back. I haven't been posting because I've been away, then came back to find out I'd been burgled & have generally had all sorts of stress going on! I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things shortly, but I can't get back to WW next week because I have a funeral to go to Wednesday morning, so it may be a couple of weeks before I can fess up to how much damage I've done!

Glad to hear that you all seem to be doing so well, though - hopefully that will inspire me! Congratulations on getting below the 13 stone mark, Ali - you must feel great!!!

Hi everyone

Shell sorry to hear about all your troubles, I hope you will be back into the swing of things again soon.
I am feeling great about finally getting under the 13 stone barrier. This week I lost another pound so I now weigh 12 stone 11. One more weigh in before my birthday next sunday and I set my target for that to be 12 stone 10 or under so fingers crossed that I manage at least another pound next week and I will be one very happy little bunny

Well done TQ it may only be half a pound this week but it is half a pound off and not on and that is always a good thing....Keep up the good work

Ali

Happy Belated Birthday Jingo. Comiserations on your upset Shell. I hope you get everything sorted.
Have had a great week, I am one happy bunny. Have lost six pounds since last Monday And.......I have managed Tae-Bo Mon, Weds and Friday of last week and I have just finished thrusting myself round the living room again this morning. Add to this my nightly walks with the dogs and I reckon I'm back on track....We can do it ladies!
Everyone have a wonderful week...you are all my inspiration, thanks.
