Thats just his opinion Delaney and what does he know.

Go for it, Delaney

Hope mine don't shrink too much, I quite like having some boobs. I only wear a C cup, so my boobs aren't big but my round the chest measurement is. I would like to stay a C cup, if anyone with any influence in the matter is reading this.

Good on ya melissa!! and your folks too, I know a few people who have had it done and it has changed their lives. I have gone down from about 46/48 h to a 40E at the last measuring. i have never considered reduction myself but who knows when i get to target.................maybe I could do with surgery all over hee hee!!

I long for the day when I can fit in what I would class as a normal size bra (ie one that I can buy in a normal underwear shop). Hubby however, is not very happy that my boobs may shrink whilst on me diet He likes me as I am. And especially my boobs. Much as I love him I want to lose weight and have so far lost 5lb. I am just looking forward to a reduction in my boobs. I hate them dangling in my view when I am trying to tie my laces

I like my boobs. But then I went from a pretend B cup - really an A cup would have done before I gained the weight to a C. Surely now I have had two kids I can stay as B, if not a C

I like to look down and see my feminity, even if sometimes, I do drop my dinner all over them !!!!!!

I have lost 2lb this week and am thrilled to bits especially as I had been in the celebrations tin at work quite a few times. I have been down to oxford street to celebrate, and enjoyed looking at all the Christmas stuff etc, even managed to get a bit of shopping done.Bought some new undies but not bras............will try to get to M&S when it is less busy. Will report on new bra size as and when I have it confirmed.
Chi Chi when i lost weight before i was a 36 c/d, dread to think what i will be this time after childbirth, ageing etc

Whooohooo I back with the losers again after the past 4 weeks staying the same.
I told you I had worked hard this week and the scales agreed a loss of 5lbs
Have to admit tho I did work hard the week before and TOM arrived to spoil the party so I am sure some of this weeks loss was probably from last week I just didn't see it then because of TOM.
But like TQ I am thrilled to bits to see a loss again ( well done on your loss TQ ) Glad you had a good time shop[ping to celebrate.
My mate works in a clothes store and reserved me a pair of calvin klein jeans today he will be bringing them home for me tomorrow. so hopefully I will be having those to celebrate my good loss. well I will be having them anyway its just wether they will fit just now or not. Only a size 14 but everyone says calvin Kleins are a small fit...have to wait and see tomorrow

Only 16lbs to go to target now...I can't believe it.
Today I am just so happy I don't think anything could spoil it

Ali

Well done to Ali and TQ

I wieghed in this morning with a 1.5lb gain. I knew I Was going to gain, hasn't been the best 10 days. I have been back on plan since Wednesday, but I still felt that I had gained - think you have to be me for that to make any sense.

Will miss my WW class again this week. The Saturday one today was nice, but it is in the town centre and the town was mobbed. Am hoping to get to a class on Tuesday morning, near where I live, really don't want to Stirling and drag the boys with me for Tuesday lunchtime meeting. Failing that I will go to the Thursday night class in the local OAP hall. Hopefully by then I will have worked this butt hard enough to have lost what I gained.

Well done Michelle and Ali - wow so close now Ali.

Carol - I hope you get your classes sorted soon - If there's one thing I do know (and I don't know much!) it's that you need some sort of continuity/routine to keep you on track.

Thanks for being so supportive about the breast reduction thing, wasn't sure how people would react. You see, I have gone down from size 26/28 tops to 22 BUT my boobs haven't shrunk - I think its the fat around my back that's gone! The funny thing is that on Friday I was in a shop looking for a strapless bra to go under my bustier (for New Year) - it was a complete wash-out as they just don't go up to a 42G and the shop assistant who was helping me told me that 4 months ago she had a breast reduction as she'd lost several stones but her boobs just refused to shrink - she said it was the best thing she'd ever done and now that she has 'normal' sized boobs she looks lots thinner too - I can't wait...

Thanks Melissa it is so close now.

I really admire you getting the breast reduction. I would have a breast uplift if I could afford it, but I can't
I am not that bothered by the size of them , but since losing all this weight, they have shrunk along with the rest of me but they have also sagged and no matter how much exercise I do specifically targetting that area it doesn't seem to be having much effect...They aren't boobs anymore they are spaniels ears

Well Delaney - there you go - encouragement only!
Funny isn't it I remember hearing that when you diet the boobs shrink first - a lot of women had stopped dieting because of that.

Like you I haven't really noticed a difference in bust size - it is my hops that are shrinking. The tum is still here though.

Anyway, putting my ten pence worth in - certainly if you are having discomfort with your boobs (some women get backache) and if you are near you target weight (no point having a big reduction up top if you end up out of proportion but then of course the surgeon will be able to assess that). Well go for it girl!!! And enjoy those slinky tops next summer (you wait, we will have snow!!!!!)

Smile Hello!

At last the appointment I have been waiting for has arrived. I go to see the dietician tomorrow at 10.45. Then I can get to grips with the diet and get weighed by her each week so I can get an accurate weight.
Not been doing too bad though but still not shifting any more weight either up or down. I will get back to you after seeing the dietician no doubt she will have a lot of 'do not have' on the list.
Lots of problems have reared their heads, cooker broke down so a new one was needed, the fridge packed up and was not worth repairing so a new one was needed. The heating is on the blink and the kitchen window needds repairing. All good fun and certainly keeps the day from being boring.
I have taken up knitting and I am now looking for a pattern for my husband. He wants a cardigan with a collar but the problem is finding one for a 60 inch chest.
Keep up the good work girls I will soon be losing weight again.
