our work xmas party on friday so drank loads and ate the wrong things.... dreading weigh in tomorrow!!

i really want to get a wii fit, think it might make it a bit more fun!

i havent read into the extra easy plan yet..must check it out.. ive only had green days the past 3 weeks.

Wi FIts are so much fun. My bro's got one. I like the yoga and the hula hooping, though Im pants at that compared to my brother and sister.

Happy to report 2 and a half pounds off this week. And I got my 3 and a half stone award. So Im quite happy and feeling back on track

Hows everyone else done?

Oh debs thats fantastic!!! And your over half way there...woohoooo. I don't think I'm going to do too well tomorrow. My scales at home are showing the same weight as last week, eventhough they have been down during the weekend, but it's probably the chocolate cake catching up lol....but hey, my WI is tomorrow, so hopefully the scales will have mercy......

Yeh the hoola hooping is great fun.....really breaking a sweat doing this. Been on it again yesterday, my tummy muscles are quiet sore today.....

Morninin all....well last nights WI went ok, lost 1/2lb....not great, but hey, a loss is a loss....and I was quiet naughty during the week, had a whole bottle of wine on Friday and too much chocolate cake....but hey, a loss is a loss.

Morning all.....was already getting worried, where you all had went...was so quiet here lol.

Redgirl, we all put on occasionally, and 1/2lb is not too bad. Could have to do with water retention maybe?

Peacock, uhoh......Mum's cooking, thats always dangerous. But maybe you'll be surprised. I'm usually dreading it after visiting my parents, but funny enough I never gain much, because I'm more active when I'm there and have set mealtimes lol....

Got my WI tonight. I'm quiet sure I lost, stood on my scale yesterday and it was deffo down. I would be well annoyed if I hadn't lost, as I've been on the wii fit everyday and also joined booty camp last night. I will let you know tomorrow how I got on.

Yeh I think it may have been water retention as i havent had a great week but i lost one lastnite!I am determind this week so im off on a 4 and a half mile to work!Good luck

WI went well last night, 2 1/2lb lost. And I'm slimmer of the week and slimmer of the month . I'm well pleased! 1 1/2 to go till my 2stone mark. Hopefully I should be losing that during the week......got no parties or anything distracting coming up lol....

Redgirl, now did your walk to work go?

Hey go you!That's a really great achivement and you should be really proud!The walk went well, it takes about an hour and a half but once i get the music on i'm ok!I'm trying to do it at least 4 times a week so i'm going again tomorrow!

Yeh I am quiet pleased with myself lol......It just feels so good to constantly lose weight.....cant weight till I have a 17 instead of an 18 lol......5lb to go....

Thats quiet impressive doing that 4 times a week, plus youre also walking back? Thats a really good workout.

I did an hour and a half on my wii fit last night, was absolutely shattered afterwards lol.....got bootycamp tonight, so I probably won't be abled to move tomorrow lol....

hi all... hope everyone is well..

was starting to lose my motivation.. i put on a pound at my weigh in 2 weeks ago, then due to being ill/snow last week i couldnt go... and i drank way more than i should have at the weekend. Been today tho and lost 4 pounds in since i went a fortnight ago..making my total 11.5 in 5 weeks... just 2.5 to go till its a stone! much more motivated again now.

Oh well done somersetgirl.......don't loose motivation because you put on occasionally. It happens.......your body is just a weird thing, plus us women have to fight TOM every month, which usually causes a gain, because all the water we retain. And a 4lb loss is fab!!!! I got my WO tonight....reeeaaaaalllyy want to get my 2st award tonight, but this morning I was still about 1lb over the weight......so hopefully by tonight that will be out of my system lol.......Going to have a veeery light lunch today ;o)

Well, looks like the light lunch and an hour on the WII Fit did the trick lol.....I've lost 2lb and Im now proud owner of my 2st award, club 10 award aaaand slimmer of the week . I' really exited. I will stick to it this time, no matter what! Now I have 3st to go to win my challenge in September.
