Regina, do you need some iron? Or are you getting enough sleep? Restless spring fever can cause you to not get enough actual mattress time...hence the tired. You need to make sure your getting your hours in for sleep...which is a known fact in helping lose weight. AND get going on exercise,,,do a walk...that will get the endorphines going,,, and if your not,,,possibly take some multi vitamins,,,if in a couple of weeks you are still feeling tired,,,get some blood work done,,,could be lacking something.

Thanks for the information, I am definitely going to look into it. Honestly I think it is the whole spring fever thing....but you never know.

i don't think it's spring fever - it's the depression from losing the battle of all the damn Easter candy around the house!
Got to find the pole dancing classes around here - that sounds like fun! Private shows for hubby; that should kick things up a bit!

I need help finding a calorie counter that shows what is needed for a 6'3" woman with my weight. Guess the people that do these charts think its unnatural for a woman to be this tall! the fitday.com link is great for keeping track, but i need soemthing to say exactly what the numbers SHOULD look loike at the end of the day!

Cool Gain or Loss??????

Well the good thing about my weigh in is I didn't gain or lose this week. I had a feeling that was going to happen, but I am o.k. with that. My week of eating was a little different than the previous weeks, I stayed within my point range but tried different things, plus my exercise regimen for the week was well a big fat goose egg. I went through my food journal for the past weeks and I am definetely going to go back and eat the way I was earlier in my weightloss endeavor. I have also decided that I am not going to fall prey to the demons of nonexercising. I am going to get up and move despite how tired I may be.

CASSY-ALL I AM GOING TO SAY IS IT WAS DEFINETELY A PLEASURE

Good luck to everyone on their weigh ins. Keep your heads up if you don't see a loss, we will get there...promise!!! I will check in later....oh where are all of our sistas. Just making sure everyone is o.k since the messaging has been a little light lately. Keep the faith ladies and we will overcome.

Hope all is well with my sistas!

Weighed in this morning at 155. Down a pound

That is such a relief. I cut the Lean Cuisines out of my diet completely, and the scale is moving, so I'm going to save those meals for a LAST resort!

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I'm planning a relaxing weekend at home. After all the holiday traveling last weekend I'm ready to just veg out!

Good job Amanda Mae,

Ive made my appointment to see my family Dr..get a referral to see this other diet Dr. They do blood work check to see if I am lacking in anything...which Im all for. They do some councilling,,,once a week appointment,,,weigh in,,talk. And more but will go in to detail once I personally am doing it.

you and I,,,,no junk food for 24 hours. What is 24 hours? We sleep for part of that...think of all the things that need to be done, get it done...

You guys have room for one more. I am so aaahhhh...i want this weight off and I am tired of being fluffy too. I posted the message below on two other groups that sounded like me with the PCOS and IR...so I thought I would list for you all as well. Hope you have room for me. Please help.
Hi everyone...I am new to this site as several others are....Whats the best way to get started on this challenge? I am not on any meds at this time...starting the South Beach Diet and excersise. Battling alot of fatigue and not sleeping well...I am too young to feel this way. Oh and how do i use one of those weight trackers I see at the bottom of peoples quotes...I like them. Sunkissed quoute on getting started is how I found this site and her situation sounded like she was talking about me. Please advise...frustrated and anxious to get started.

Glad to have you part of our sistahood. First off what is the PCOS and IR...call me a little slow. Anyway the support here is great, our postings have been a little light lately, I think everyone is a little busy right now. We are not here to judge you or make you feel bad if you have a bad day on the wagon....we are here to support you and lift you up when you fall. Alot of us are doing a variety of different weightloss methods, I am doing WW. Honestly you did the right thing by coming to 3FC, it is a great motivational tool to have when you are trying to lose weight. Just take it day for day and it will be fine. Remember like one our the sistas said the weight we have gained is not going to come off as quickly as we put it on, a girl can dream though right.

Default Re-focused and ready to rock and roll!!!

OK ladies my exercise regimen was for the birds last week and the last two days have been non WW to the tee...I decided this morning no more...I did great this past month and just because I lost 7lbs does not give me permission to throw it out the window and snack on a bunch of crap over the weekend, nor does it give me the right to be a couch potato. So I am going to try the mini goals again for the week.
#1 NO STEPPING ON THE SCALE UNTIL FRIDAY MORNING. I HAD MY FIX THIS MORNING TO SEE IF I CAUSED MYSELF ANY DAMAGE FROM THE WEEKEND. ALL IS O.K

#2 I WILL EXERCISE IN SOME FORM OR FASHION FROM NOW ON. LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

I feel like I let you all down when I do behave irresponsibly, granted I know you all aren't here to judge me but I feel like I let you all down too, not just myself. I am striving for another 5-6 lbs for the month. I hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready to take on this week with lots of energy.
