I believe that there is a perfect, individual weightloss strategy for everyone.. No single eating style will be right for each individual.. I'm not much of a meat person, I really, really don't like eggs, so this didn't help me when I did Atkins

I did lose weight though!! But my favorite foods are always gonna be pasta, cereal, and fruit... That's why I think counting calories always works so well for me, I couldn't live the rest of me life without my carbs!! I'm an addict :O) I admit it!! Once ya know what works right for you, then you should try to stick with it! Unlike me, I'm always trying to find a new and improved weightloss trick.. I do know what works for me, now if I would just stick with it!! Crystal
