Wink I need you sistas!!!

Oh my gosh I had the most delicious dinner this evening. I haven't been to heavenly ham in like over 6 years, well I had a coupon so me and my daughter went and had a chicken salad sandwich, that was totally off the hook. Sure I am getting excited over the sandwich but what tasted better was the oatmeal raisin cookie I had with it, it was a lunch box meal. I will be cutting a total of 9.5 points from my intake tomorrow and/or Friday to make up for the extra points I used for this meal. I am not going to beat myself up over this as I have been extra good and I did eat healthy wtih the rest of it. Why do I feel a little bad...Keep telling me it's o.k sistas. The meal was a healthy one with the exception of the cookie but I have not eaten anything sweet in a long time.

Congratulations mom2zjn on your news. Sure you can stick around with us. We'll be there with you every step of the way.

In regrads to TOM hate it, ever since I hit my 30's my period has been heavy and painful. When I was in HS I had no cramps or anything else, now it hits me like a pound of bricks. Well let me go and fold some clothes for now. I'll check back later sistas.

Don't feel bad Regina! That's the great thing about WW... if you want a cookie that's cool. That's why I really love this diet. I love my FLEXPoints! Just keep it clean tomorrow and Friday and you're set

BREN!!!! Congrats That's such exciting news. Of course you're still welcome here.

Barbara: TJ = Turbo Jam. I haven't tried it, but it looks like a really fun exercise DVD collection. Cassy is our TJ goddess. She kicks some major butt with the TJ workouts!

Well I hope everyone is doing great! All is well here. I wanted to get on the scale so bad this morning... but I DIDN'T! I promised to only weigh in once a week (Friday mornings) and that's what I'm going to do. Gosh, I wish it was Friday!

Amanda,
Hey girl can you explain the FlexPoints thing to me. When I started WW many moons ago I began with the Points too but with 10 banked points, now they do something different with the extra 35 flexpoints. Can you PM me with the information? Thanks chickie. Hey we missed hearing from you. I know Cassy sent you out a holla the other day.

wow feels like i have been gone forever! two new poeople. WELCOME

CONGRATS to Bren. a NEW Baby!!! That is very exciting and as you say thing do happen fo a reason. My baby just turned 16.

Happy anniversary to Cassy. how many for you? I am coming up on 22 in May. Boy time flies when you're havin fun.

So I am going to go weigh in tomorrow at WW. I tried not to weigh myself this morning but I did. We will see what their scale shows. I am putting mine away so I don't see it everyday when I come into my computer room. Maybe that will keep me honest. I was following the core plan this week and did ok on it. Usually I have used up all of my 35 extra points by sat afternoon amd I still had some on Tue!!! woo hoo I think it is finally starting to sink in. I was slack on the excercize thing but I did walk my dog.

Easter-----yikes all that chocolate and like most of the rest of you ladies I am near my tom--would kill for chocolate some days. I keep eating bananas as they are the only thing I can get the 'sweet' fix from. I think it may be helping. but i already decided that I am not cooking a big mea for easter. My mom is elderly so I alway cook for all the occasions. We are suppose to hit 16-18 celcius so I want to BBQ and do salad. Lite dessert. oh I almost forgot to give you guys that totally awesome brownie recipe. I will send it on the next comment so you can make it for easter is need be. I honestly is sooooooo good yumm yumm yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!

1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 (3 ounce) bar dark chocolate, chopped (such as ghirardelli)

1) preheat over to 350*
2) coat bottom of 8 inch square pan with cooking spray
3) combine sugar and next 8 ingredients in a bowl
4) lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Add flour &

Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. cool on rack

YIELD: 16 servings (serving size 1 brownie)

***the dark chocolate used in this recipe is found in the candy aisle not the baking aisle****

CONGRATULATIONS Bren, I wish you all the best with the new bundle and I think you staying here with us is a great idea (we need all the support we can get). Congratulation Bren on the baby! New babies are wonderful news!

Thank you Sandy for the brownie recipe - i can't wait to go home and try it!

This TJ excercise program - is it low impact? Time to hit google and find more info; so many of you are endorsing it. Does the hubby do it too or is it just for women in the family?

Have a great one!

I need help with the Hubby! He's such a wonderful man; but just sent me flowers and a chocolate & cookies basket for Easter! He knows for health reasons how much i need to lose this weight, but somehow has it in his mind that food is a reward!

Good morning everyone. Hope this finds everyone well. I am feeling pretty strong this morning on the diet wagon, not slips since Tuesday now I just need to move more lol

Barbara I am not sure what to tell ya on the hubby thing cause my other half ( I am the better half) does not seem to care or help with support. I hope that you look at his jester as the old fashion way of telling you he loves you and maybe suggest that he give you things like a massage or gift card for new (smaller) clothes next time...no bad food allowed

Sandy the brownies sound great think I will keep that recipe for later on in my journey

Have a great day everyone.....keep your head up we will get over the weight mountain together

I grew up with "food" as a reward and I was raisingm y 3 boys that way too, and when My husband died. The year or 2 following his death, I guess I was more of zombie then I thought, It was easier to buy Mcdonalds then to cook, it made them happy and less to think about for me and do. So now We are all fat and now we are doing a family diet. My oldest never needed to lose weight, and he is sorta on his own, my 15 year old lost 30 lbs and looks so much better, my 12 year old who has more to lose is a little slower to lose, but he lost about 20 lbs. I cant wait till he sees the loss, it will help. My sister who I share the hoome with lost 25 lbs.

SANDI D.. MY SISTER USED TO LIVE IN THE BIG APPLE TOO.. THERE ARE SO MANY DELIGHTFUL THINGS TO EAT ON EVERY CORNER! I LOVE IT THERE!!! IT IS SOO GOOD YOU ALL ARE LOSING TOGETHER. IT HELPS WHEN IT IS A GROUP EFFORT AND YOU CAN GET THE WHOLE HOUSE IN COMPLIACE WITHOUT MAKING FOLKS MAD! I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR THAT YOU LOST YOUR HUSBAND, BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A GREAT SUPPORT NETWORK AT HOME-THAT IS SUCH A BLESSING IN TIMES LIKE THAT.

BARBARA..I THINK THAT YOUR HUSBAND WOULD UNDERSTAND IF YOU MAKE CHANGES IN THE HOUSE SO THAT HIS CHOICES WOULD BE YOUR CHOICES BY DEFAULT. I KNOW IT IS HARD TO TELL HIM ABOUT A GIFT, MY HUSBAND WORRIES SO MUCH OVER A GIFT FOR ME AND I WOULD HATE TO TELL HIM THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH IT! I WOULD TELL HIM SOMETHING LIKE " THE CANDY LOOKED SO GOOD! BUT I WILL SAVE IT FOR A REWARD AFTER I LOSE SOME WEIGHT" IT SOUNDS LIKE HE A SWEETHART SO I AM SURE HE WOULD UNDERSTAND. TJ IS LOW IMPACT. THEY HAVE SOMEONE ALWAYS DOING THE SAME WORKOUT LOW IMPACT IN EVERY EXCERSICE. THERE IS ONE CHICK ON THERE THAT LOST 75 LBS AND HER FEET NEVER LEFT THE GROUND! MY HUBBY REFUSES TO DO TJ CAUSE OF THE DANCING, NOT MANLY FOR HIM SO HE GOES TO THE GYM SAT, SUN AND MON AND DOES TAE BO WHEN HE CANT GET THERE. THERE ARE MEN IN THE VIDEO THAT ARE DOING TJ BUT HUBBY REFUSES TO EVEN WATCH IT!

RIVEY..HEY GIRL!! GLAD YOU ARE FEELING STRONG TODAY! AND CONGRATS ON NO SLIPS SINCE TUES..NOW WE WILL DANCE

SANDYYOUR RECIPE SOUNDS DELICIOUS!!! TO MANY CARBS FOR ME THOUGH, I WILL MAKE THEM WHEN I GET IN MY BIKINI IT IS 4 YRS MARRIED NOW-TIME HAS REALLY FLOWN BY!

I HAVE BEEN UP ALL DAY DEALING WITH CREDITORS AND I AM BEAT!!! I AM TAKING A DAY OFF FROM TJ AND WILL P/U TOMMORROW.

SMOOCHES YALL!!!
