Hehehe. Kind of embarassing with the crappy seasons they've had lately. I don't watch faithfully, but I do enjoy it! And, I am one of the WW's doing it on my own. I actually LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! I don't go to meetings because as I mentioned above, I'm broke. But, I got all the materials from a friend who went last year and liked it. I started on 3/7/06 at 168 lbs and I'm already down to 154 lbs. Now, I say "already" down to 154 because prior to starting my WW's on my own thing I was STUCK at 170 ish for over a year! If you're going to go at it on your own I have a couple suggestions: 1) Journal, journal, journal. Every bite that goes into my mouth gets put into my food journal. It really keeps me accountable. 2) Set a weigh in for yourself! Just because you're not going to meetings doesn't mean you can't have a weigh-in day! I keep my scale put away until Friday mornings. Then, I get it out and weigh in. This has worked really well for me. Well sistas, I gotta get to work. Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
