Ughhhh mood has been horrible today for some reason... probably just my crazy hormones again. But when I get like this I have the biggest urge to eat tons. ... but im doing my best to fight it off lol .... i guess its working so far

I have so much going on now! I'm looking for a job and for apartments for my roommate and I to move into (we want to move in about a month). This will be my first apartment and I'm so excited. I can't wait to start cooking meals for myself (and roomie because she doesn't cook). I think I'm going to be eating even healthier because I'll have PLENTY of healthy options and am not going to keep any junk food around. One of the apartments we're looking at has a fitness center on site, so it'll be very close instead of driving 20-30 minutes (usually in traffic) and I'll be able to get rid of the $40 gym membership a month. Looking for a job is so stressful, I really want something I enjoy that I can keep long term, because I HATE looking for jobs.

I think I'll eat some breakfast and go work out. I hope everyone is doing well!!

Haley - Hope u find a job that suits you perfectly! Congrats on the 2 lb loss.......after losing weight for awhile, a 2 lb loss is a lot since the weight loss tends to slow big time.

Ok, having an exercise crisis here.....I usually workout 5-6 times per week, last week it was 3 because I was sick........today I didn't workout, so it's now 4 days I haven't done a thing. If I miss my time while the baby is napping, I don't get another chance! Gotta get back to it.....I feel like a lazy @$$!!

Haley - good luck on the job and apartment search

Melanie - I know what you mean about trying to find time. I was working out in the morning before the babies got up, but since daylight savings, my 10 month old has started waking up at 5 AM. I just can't get up any earlier than that to work out. My 2 year old doesn't go to bed until 10 PM now.Good luck getting back on track. You can do it!

Yesterday was weigh-in day for me, and I'm down another 3 lbs! :

It's so quiet around here. What's going on everyone?!?!?!

Melanie, I hope you've gotten back into the swing of exercising!

I'm down 4 pounds this week to 190. I'm sure a lot of this is due to not eating very much due to stress, so hopefully these pounds won't come back on.

hi my name is ashley and need to lose 64 pounds i could use some help to get going i am at 216 my highest was 222. i would like to be around 180 on 3-7-05 so thats 17 weeks to lose 36 pounds i no i can do it

Haley - First off, how is everything with your friend? I hope your doing better? Thx for wondering about the exercise for me, it has gotten better! Getting back to normal as far as my health goes.

It looks like everyone is doing well with the weight loss, good job ladies!

Melanie, he got home from the hospital this morning after a very scary week. Thank you for asking. Congrats on the loss!

Ashley, welcome! Good luck with your weight loss!

I just got back from the gym, I did 30min on the elliptical and 30min strength training. I tried to do more elliptical but its my TOM and I'm just kind of exhausted from everything. I'm going to try to do 45min tomorrow and may stick to that for a little while, an hour is just too much right now. I've got 4 pounds to go until I hit my goal and I'm determined to make it.

im here!

Kinda hard to keep up when its pretty slow eh lol... everyone here must be busy!

im doing pretty well. a bit on the stressed side with all the wedding related stuff im handling. Have a baby shower to go to at the end of this month, then i have one of my own bridal showers i have to go to dec. 3 .. then i get married dec. 9 & have another bridal shower for me dec. 18th AND we are trying to look for a place for Jan. lol just a bit insane eh? lol ... i guess its been good for me, because i havent been focused so much on food. ... and seeing the way my new outfit looks on me yesterday just keeps me more pumped

haleys- i still dont exercise! i juat cannot get into! i try and doesnt last more than 5 min LOL ... walking is whats been working for me, never underestimate the power of it

Haley - I'm still here girlie.....where are all the original posters tho? Looks like they have bailed or gotten really busy! You are doing so swesome.....you're gonna make it to your 10 lb goal by Thanksgiving!! I think I'll be a couple lbs short....oh well, at least I am making head way Not doing as good on the exercise part lately....haven't had as much endurance to do cardio as long as before.....I have been doing 30 min instead of 45 or 50.......and my weight training has been minimal. Gotta get back into it with some energy!

Alsten - sounds like u have a lot on your plate!! Good work on the weight loss, especially with such a busy life!

Melanie, congrats on the loss!!

Yeah, I'm sure they are just busy, hopefully they'll come back around soon. I weighed in Friday morning and I'm still at 190, I blame some poor choices and lack of exercise. I highly doubt I'm going to reach my goal, but I think I may be able to lose a few more pounds before then, so we will see. I just wanna be skinny already, I'm tired of working so hard! Ugh. Okay, I'm going to get some breakfast and head over to the gym.

Hope everyone comes back soon.

Me, I'm not doing as well. Not doing horrible, but not losing the weight I should be. I'm going to start posting here again. So sorry I was gone for a while. I miss you guys!
