Thanks, Haley! How are you doing? What's new? Any new challenges as of late? I am trying to get back into working out everyday.....for 4 months I did it religiously 5 to 6 times per week, but after Thanksgiving it's been maybe 2 times a week.....horrible! I feel like all my muscle is turning into fat again - yuck! Anyhoo, I WILL exercise today during baby's nap and NO excuses

Take Care!

I'm doing well, it's finals week, but I only have 2 finals, so I'm very not stressed. It's great! That also means I have tons of time for working out, but I didn't go today. The scale said 180 this morning, I don't know how that happened between Friday and now, but I'll take it! I've been having trouble getting back into working out, too. Over my break, I'm gonna make sure I'm doing some cardio 5 days a week. What else is going on with you besides the exercise thing? How's life??

Eeewwwww, I didn't do very well today. I ate 4 pieces of cheese pizza and a regular Dr Pepper. I'm glad I feel gross though, it makes me not want to do it again. Back to the exercise and good food stuff tomorrow.

Congrats with the baby and the weight loss, Celeste!

I'm back home for the break, been eating well, but haven't been exercising. I'm going to take a bike ride tomorrow. Lots of stress going on at home. I hate it.

Hey Mina, welcome to our little group!! I see you're a "vegan in training," thats cool! I've been a vegetarian my entire life, how long have you been trying out the vegan thing?

I'm down a pound today to 183, which means 40 pounds lost. I am amazed and excited! I need to get back to working out so I can reach my mini goal!

I was raised by two vegan parents who still gave me the option to choose my own diet. I was raised without red meat, but I ate fish and poultry until I was in middle school. Always free range whenever possible, however. Then I was at a restaurant and had ordered some pasta with shrimp, and I looked down at my plate only to realize that the shrimp were actually each an individual organism and that I was using hthem to eat and killing multiple beings all in one fell swoop. I turned vegan when I was 14, freshman year in high school and remained that way until I was 20 and had some health concerns. I returned just recently, and I've been vegetarian or vegan for at least 10 years total.

I'm planning to joing Curves tomorrow, since there's one right next to my house. Thirty minutes three times a day is doable and I could even take my bike up there when the weather clears up later in the spring and summer.

Hey girls! How is everyone doing? So sorry I haven't come by! Well I finally hit onederland! Haha! So that is great. I'm going on a cruise in a few weeks, and I'm kinda nervous as to how I will do! But I'm sure it will be fine, and I'm not going to worry about it too much! I hope to hear from you all soon!

Hey Nicki, Haley, Celeste & Welcome Mina!

Congrats Celeste on the baby news, how exciting! Good job on your weight loss - you are there!

How have you been Haley?

Nicki - Have a blast on your cruise!

I haven't been doing all that well with exercise these days......but my eating has been alright. I have been maintaining at 163 over the Holidays.....better than gaining tho! Gotta get back in the exercise groove!

Hugs,
Mel

Hey everyone!

I moved into my first apartment yesterday, its pretty exciting! Now, I'll be able to cook and control my eating better. I haven't gone to the gym at all over my break, but am going to start back to working out tomorrow and that combined with healthy eating should get the rest of this weight off.

It looks like I'm going to Amsterdam in May with my friend and I want to be looking great by the time that rolls around! My classes start tomorrow and my classes are hard, so it's going to be a busy semester for me.

I hope you all are doing well and now that the holidays are over, we should all pick this thread back up!
