Hello Everyone! Well i am not too happy i have not lost another pound but i know its my fault i have not really been eating good this week and i have let me excercise slip But i am going to make a promise to myself that i am going to do MUCH better this week and stay on track ALL week! Some weeks will be better than others.. no need to quit eh! ... that positivity of yours is what will make you a big loser ..... and just think of all the healthy benefits added with it! ... your attitude is great, and have wonderful gals here, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!! keep repeating that to yourself and believe it! that will take you far!

I weighed in at 196 this morning (because I forgot to weigh this weekend) and have set myself a mini goal of 10 pounds to achieve by November 23rd. I really want to accomplish this goal, so I'll be working my butt off this month to get there.
Great mini goal Haley - I think I will join you on this one! My weight loss has slowed down a lot and I think a good motivator to get it going again would be a goal like this. If I can do that I will be to 160 at this end of this month, that would be awesome! Ok, so let's encourage each other with this, alright? My biggest down fall is the weekends.....
I lost another 3 lbs. Thngs are still going great here. I'm just having a problem drinking my water. I've never drank very much. I can't seem to get past 45 or so oz a day. Tomorrow I'm going to try to set an hourly goal of 4 oz and see if that helps.
Melanie, that's exactly why I wanted to set a mini goal! I haven't been as motivated to work out/eat healthy, so I figured a mini goal woudl be the perfect way for met. I'm definitely there for encouragement, and I'll need the same! My downfalls are the weekend and late nights.
I just got back from 45 min of elliptical and 20 min of strength training. I hadn't been to the gym in a few weeks and it felt awesome to get back there. I'm going to try to work out at least 5 days a week, with strength training every other day. I also ate really well today and have been upping my water intake.
I have tons of homework to do. Take care everyone!!
Haley - Good job on your 1st day towards your mini goal - you rock! I didn't do all that well, I mean, I ate 1800 calories & I am fighting off a chest cold/cough, so I decided not to exercise yesterday because when I did the day before, my lungs got all wheezy and I started coughing more. I hope this afternoon I will be able to though......I feel like such a lazy butt when I don't!
Nikel - Good job on your 3 lb loss, that's awesome! I know what u mean about the water thing.....what I did was bought a 70 oz jug and I fill it with water everyday & keep it around.....I end up drinking the whole thing most of the time, so it's worked well for me.
Alsten - Congrats & keep doing whatever you're doing because it's obviously working and your body is loving you for it!
Can't seem to shake this cough & it's making me not want to exercise which makes me feel lazy and I don't get very good results w/out exercise - so I am praying my lungs will get better!
I'm around and still going strong. This has been an insane week for me school-wise though. One more paper to go, and then things will ease up a bit again.

I weighed in this morning at 194, so I am two pounds down! I can't wait until I reach my mini goal and then my ultimate goal! Time for class, blaahhhh...
