Just got back from Walgreens and am now armed with Imodium, Gatorade and crackers. I'm getting a headache and I'm guessing it's from not being able to eat/drink anything. WTF? I get over one thing and get another! :mad:
Forgot to post earlier about this...got a call on Sat eve: my grandpop is back in the hospital. They had to call 911 b/c he couldnt breathe. He has a ton of fluid on his lungs and there's something else but I can't think of it now. Please keep him in your prayers. SPILLIE: no worries about the gain..you'll have that off and then some in no time! :hug: TWIDDLE: have fun skiing! That's something I've never tried. VIVA: yes that would be great...get me 2 boxes please. Now when are we all going to the WW so I can get this stuff?? Oh yeah, and to see everyone :p ? |

Not much new here...have an event later on this afternoon....am waiting on help to arrive to tear down from last night's meeting so I can vacuum and get the place ready. Could I do it myself?--YES. Will I do it myself? NO b/c ROCKER ain't lifting all those tables by herself! I feel much better today! YAY! I'm even gonna make some coffee here in my office in a little bit. Not much going on over here either. Very boring these days. I spent my evening just sitting with K in front of the TV watching cartoons. We didn't like anything else that was on. OMG! It's so cold out there. I saw snow flurries as I was getting on the El to come to work this morning. This weather is so wierd. Anyway, I'm glad it's just flurries and that Spring is just around the corner. I love snow and really enjoy a good snow storm, but I'm about ready for some nice weather right now. CHICKIE bring some of that good smelling coffee over here. I love the smell of the flavored coffees. VIVA I have a Beef in Mushroom Gravy Sauce cooking in the slow cooker today. Can't wait till get home and try it. I don't know what to have with it though, because I'm only allowed brown rice/whole wheat pasta/potatoes once a day. I'm having brown rice with Shrimp in Black Bean Sauce for lunch so now I have to figure out what to have with the Beef tonight. Or I might just have to dip into my WPA and have whole wheat pasta with it. DUTCHIE come on out and breathe a little. TWIDDLE I hope you're enjoying yourself. Morning CHICKIES...I won't be on here much today: have a seminar here in my building and all the township big wigs will be here, including my boss. I will get on as much as I can though.
My GF and GM are not doing well but are hanging on. Yes I saw the news about the Soul players. I wanna know who it was too. JBJ has a no thug policy so now I'm anxcious to see what he does. Gotta go...have a good one! |

Spillie - what about veggies? That's all I can think of...don't know much about CORE because it's not for me... Rocker - I wanna know who it was too! I found these flavor tablets that you dissolve in coffee - tried one this morning - cinnamon pecan. They have all different flavors though - dutch chocolate, french vanilla, etc. Hi Dutchie - come up for air sometime :) Okay, Viva gotta go! |
