Good Morning Chicas,
I will be leaving at 11:30 this morning. It's time for K's report card. He tells me he did good, we'll see. I'm just excited that it is gorgeos out and I get to leave here early. Finally made it to the gym last night and did abdominals and the StairMaster. It felt good to be able to get back to the gym, but I won't be able to go back till tomorrow because today is jammed pack with so much for K. TWIDDLE, hang in there...you know we all have those days. VIVA when does this Pastry Art Class start, in other words, when do we start tasting the goods? :D CHICKIE how you feeling today? DUTCHIE how was your birthday? Hopefully you were able to get out last night at a decent hour and enjoy a little of it. Well that's all for now....HAVE A GREAT BEAUTIFUL SUNNY DAY!! |
Morning CHICKIES! Just a real quick one from me....I doubt I'll be able to get back on today :( BOO! Wish me luck...I'm gonna need it. I already have a headache but it is getting a bit better.

LAST NIGHT DINNER
1 1/2 cups of Cream of Wheat made with skim milk and splenda 1 banana 20oz water Excersise 30 min on StairMaster (4pts) Abdominals (don't know how to figure pts, really doesn't matter) BREAKFAST TODAY 1 cup grits w/butter (2pts for butter) 1 banana coffee with 1/2 cup skim milk and splenda SNACK 3/4 cup Toasted Oatmeal Flakes (1.5pts) 1 apple I'll have to post the rest of the day tonight when I finally get home. If I don't get back on today, HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!! |

Just have to say, they are having donuts and bagels w/cream cheese from DD in the main conference room for a farewell. All I'm having is my coffee and the breakfast I had. I would say that is damn good for me considering I can't stay away from DD bagels. :carrot:

Quick post and run from me. I have to take an online training course, and do some other things while connected to the other network. I'm trying to figure out if I have PMS or not. I really need to keep better track of my cycle. I had the munchies big time yesterday/last night, and have a couple pimples, but no other signs. *sigh*
Not much else going on. Going to post my journaling post, and then hit the training. Talk to you gals later! |
