Okay Chicas, today we start our journaling online for 1 month...March 30th through April 30th. On Saturdays and Sundays we are on our own unless you have the time to come online and journal just to keep it really strict. Since I finally fixed my computer at home, I'll try to make time to journal on the weekends.

BREAKFAST
1 banana 2 slices ww rye toast (1pt) 3 slices turkey bacon (2pts) 2 scrambled eggs coffee with skim milk and splenda 32oz bottle of water LUNCH 5oz lean ham steak 1 cup homemade mashed potatoes 1/2 cup corn 1 banana Don't know what I'm having for dinner. But since I'm having potatoes for lunch will probably have Couscous or Barley with dinner. Another 32oz bottle of water at home. |

Coffee w/ Splenda and FF Creamer (0) 1 Deep Chocolate Vitamuffin (1) 1 packet lower sugar Maple & Brown Sugar oatmeal (2) Lunch Chicken Club Panini (7) Creamy Caramel Pudding (1) Dinner Caramelized Onion Topped Steak w/ Creamy Horseradish Sauce (4) Roasted Red Potatoes with onions and garlic (3) Snack Lemon Yogurt bar (3) I'm done 34 oz of water and about to start on my 2nd 34 oz. |
Morning CHICKIES! Had a BLAST last night...it was a much needed break for me! It was great seeing all of you again too! That's prolly the first time I've actually relaxed in over 2 weeks.
ROCKER is STRESSED BIG TIME over tomorrow....woke up this morning and my entire face is broken out...looks like chicken pox! Met with my boss and some others to go over everything. Boss says to me: no wonder you're stressed....HELLO? WTF do you think I've been trying to tell you for the past couple weeks???????? Anyhoo he's got help coming tomorrow and says he'll be pitching in too. We'll see if that actually happens. I've got someone overthere now working on the downstairs so most of that will be out of the way tomorrow. We will be needing stuff from my building to take over...boss assures me that will be done first thing. Right. I had to laugh when I got up to the main building...boss actually brought in Irish Creme creamers AND had coffee waiting for me! LMFAO. I couldn't believe it. As stressed as I am I woke up this morning feeling great about our challenge. As soon as I can I will post everything. SPILLIE-VIVA-TWIDDLE-DUTCHIE....have a great day! |

Planning on exercising tonight...will journal that tomorrow as well. |

2 pks. low sugar oatmeal (4) 1 banana (2) 1 tbs. peanut butter (2) 2c. skim milk (4) snack: 1--100 cal. pk. (2) coffee with: 1 T ff cream, 1 T sf french vanilla syrup (0) Already have 56 oz. Water done! Not sure about the other meals yet. Will post later on that! |
Oh, btw, I had a one-pound gain this week. Considering where I was for most of the week, I'm okay with that. I was peeing like a racehorse all night last night (and I don't know what that phrase means, but felt it was important enough to share with you ladies anyway).
Starting today my goal is to lose 5 pounds before vacation. I figured I should start counting when the challenge started, so while it gives me an extra pound to play with, if I succeed, I'll be in the 150s either way. Which would be amazing. |
Awww TWIDDLE sorry to hear about the gain...BUT you look awesome and you have been working out a lot, so you will be right where you want to be real soon. When do you go on vacation?

TWIDDLE: Good luck getting to your goal. I can't wait to get back to my WW goal weight (155) so that I can start going back to the meetings for free! Then I ultimately want to get to 145lbs. So excited.
ROCKER: Thanks for getting me back to the main road yesterday. From there it was a breeze! I do hate all the construction though!! SPILLIE: I hope you got your wallet!!! DUTCHIE: Hi!!! Have a great birthday! So I'm sending in my registration form for my Introduction to Pastry Arts course at Walnut Hill College. I'm so excited! I have a list of the supplies I need. I'm going to go shopping for them on Monday night while DBF is in his class. I also had fun last night! Can't wait til our next outing! |
Viva, I got it first thing this morning from behind my phone. Everything was still in there, thank God. It sure taught me to stash away money or a CC somewhere in my purse so that I don't run into this problem in the future. :(
