Saturday so far

1 svg plus one teaspoon of Healthy Choice pb ic
1/2 svg pretzel stix
1 very small steak sandwich
3 tablespoons rice mix
broccoli slaw w/ Gr dressing

Can you tell I was mealmaking for two totlets and a restricted menu guy? I picked and chose between. Don't normally make the rice mix but it did taste good for a change.

Talking Yo!

Well, I had hard drive and/or server problems and couldn't get on here yesterday and as a result fell off the EFL wagon and went hog wild and I couldn't even tell you what I ate. Will post my weigh-in (probably will be up) and start journaling and posting menus again tomorrow!!! Exercise Friday was 110 minutes (10 recument bike, 10 60 weights w/trainer and a 30-minute walk in evening). Today was a wimpy 10 minutes of yoga in a deserted newsroom between interviews ... I won't make my 400 minutes of exercise, but it's close.

I know we're not really replying to each other on this thread but feel I should contribute since my journaling went away for awhile, so forgive me!

Everyone's doing great and posting away. Kaylets, it'll be great to have thee journaling with us at least on the weekends (though seeing thee here every day would be best for us IMO) ... :roflmao: at pouring ketchup on the chips!!!

Arabella: Huzzah on the campaign lunch and also the good handling of flexpoints!!!

Anagram: Mixing the kashi w/Cheerios sounds delicious! I need to try that! Oh dear, though, do they have pb cup Healthy Choice? I'm dead! Going to have to find that and bring some home for my EFL free day ... which is going to be Sunday even if I have been off the wagon.

Eydie, thank heavens someone else doesn't know how many calories they had recently ... I feel better!

Ceara: Congratulations on thy really great day Friday (or Thursday, anyway it was the stew day) ... do you have a recipe for the stew? That sounds so good ...

s, I'm really going to get going on posting daily to this thread. The combination not only of journaling but reporting in to a group on my menus has obviously helped me a lot ... the evidence being that when I couldn't get on, I just mentally went away and started the recreational eating and the stuffing down of my emotions with too much unhealthy food again. It only took a few hours before I lost the feeling of being connected with this journaling group and started wandering alone in the food universe.

Hopefully we'll be able to keep this thread going ... and hopefully anyone who feels it's getting too long will just jump in and start a new one and hopefully we'll even get more s (or neighbors) in here.

IN FUTURE, I PLEDGE TO RETURN TO JUST JOURNALING AND WILL NOT PONTIFICATE AND RAMBLE ON MUCH!

Later ...

Sis boom bah!

Yes, Empress, they really do and it is sinfully delicious at 120 calories a half cup serving. I always seem to need the additional teaspoon from the carton after I've filled my dish - that always seems so extra tasty.

Find it hard to get in that flavor sometimes, in fact I got last one this time. It was on sale though ($3.99) and pretty picked over. Has really helped my pb craving. And has more calcium than the pb eggs.

Well, Anagramatic, I'm on my official BFL free day (ok, the last two days have been pretty dang free, but this is the official one), and I'm going after that ice cream.

Lost half a pound towards my Easter goal and reported it on the Easter challenge. I'm going to keep that thread on the front page this week and hope that all who posted a goal will report in as it's our last week!!!

Huzzah! I'm going to eat a healthy breakfast and go for that ice cream!!!! Will report my menu tonight!!! Back on track! Yowza!

Sunday

cereal w2% milk

lowfat yogurt (cappucino)
Slimfast Shake (cappucino delite)
(guess today's trend)

red beets
about two tbsps rice mixture from yesterday
2 viactivs

steak strips, rice, stir fried veggies

There will be either pbcup ic or a slim a bear yet, I'm sure.

At least that's the plan.

Exercise - up and down a zillion steps - nothing formal

NSV - sent home the remaining brownies that girls and I baked last night to celebrate anniversary - only one crumb passed my lips and that was instinct only.

Good luck on the pb Healthy Choice, Empress.

Yo! I'll try to type this although Old Dog keeps dropping her giant doggie biscuit at my feet!

Anagramatic, I couldn't find the pb cup HC. Will try again before my next free day!

Kaylets, hope your WI goes well but know you won't obsess over water weight!!!

Ok, I'm serious about this official free day and not doing a calorie count but here's the damage so far:

Myoplex Lite bar & EAS cc shake

Little Caesar's pepperoni pizza square

Krispy Kreme maple iced donut

KFC original boneless chicken breast, biscuit, butter spray, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy (only ate a few bites of coleslaw, potatoes, gravy and about half the chicken ... really wasn't very good, why would I eat this stuff?)

Three EAS cc shakes

All-fruit smoothie (frozen berries, cold water)

More cold water ... NSV, I really hate all this junky food I had today! Hooray~!

Exercise, one hour walk, a.m. bought three Wai Lana yoga tapes and new yoga mat and did about 10 minutes of one tape ... I like the tapes
