You know, this thread is great for archiving menus ... I just do a daily spreadsheet on my hard drive and then type over it each day. But today I brought home another ready cooked chicken and had more or less the same amount and was able to just take it off here and enter it into my spreadsheet.

Did a 25 minute walk in the park. Would have done more but dh had had enough. But that's the third day in a row (an improvement). Heard from the pool today that they'll be opening May 3rd so I'll soon be back on track there.

Covering festival did not go very well, so here's the damage, but if I stop eating now, I'll have made my goal of an 1800-cal daily average this week. Exercise goal also made ... I had five minutes left and since I walked around for hours and hours (long frustrating day), I'd say it's good!

Unfortunately, the addlepated maiden hath locked the kitchen and put the key in her apron pocket before scuttling off to the village nightspots, so Amarantha be having to take the "pledge" and not eat anymore calories until at least midnight, when her eating day officially begineth, though waiting until daylight would be better, still we can't have everything, can we s?

It's Monday, and I really need to faithfully count calories and NOT go above 1500. I just feel like I'm letting myself off the hook too much lately. And be more 'sincere' with my workouts--again letting myself off the hook.
Anyway, time to catch up with my menus!

Well, Eydie, in the interest of full disclosure again, I didn't even wait until midnight. Had a few more items (not sure what they were now) and ended up at 1960. I'm actually thinking of doing what some Weight Watchers people do and run my eating day from 10 p.m. to 10 p.m. ... there's times I kind of do this anyway ... I just carry over any extras to the next day's balance ... this works kind of well ... seems to fit my crazy lifestyle.
I'm going to be very vigilant now, too, and am off to gym early as I have to travel today. Be back tonight!
