... hast thou ever tried a pb smoothie? Lots of ways to make it ... I like soymilk, honey, a graham cracker, ice and some pb ... my new healthier way might be cottage cheese, splenda, cocoa and pb ... a lot of people use bananas in these but I react badly to bananas. Anyway, this is great for pb cravings!
