Well Done Diana on the weightloss and fixing the mower wish it was just the walking alone but afraid not i'm counting the calories as well only a momma on a mission would equate my weightloss with having a baby that is funny i would'nt have thought of it like that..ever Hope you had a great weekend too

Hope you're doing well Diana i'm OK i walked 3.5mls this morning and i've just had lunch i was hungry too now that i'm cutting back a bit i've found my stomach growls and its not something i'm accustomed to but its a good thing cos i know its gnawing away at my fat until i feed it

sounds like a wonderful walk yesterday. How'd you do today?
I was busy cleaning a storage room in the house. Got lots done.
I'm going ot have garage sale so I'm finding lots of stuff for it.

I was working yesterday morning Diana so i did'nt exercise when i got home i did enough running around at work i did walk 3mls this morning tho'

Hope you make lots of money with your garage sale i should have one of those but i usually end up giving stuff away instead silly

hmmm....fries that sounds good
a girl at work had poutine today. I've never had it but it sure looked good. I'm probably better off never trying that
Congrats on the pound!! you've ran so much that you might add up to running to running to your neighboring town. I don't know how you do it.
Well, i'm back at mowing. We've had so much rain that things are actually growing after these years of not having ot mow the lawn for a couple weeks at a time. But we really need the rain. We've been super dry for several years now.
I'm staying the same at hte weight I'm at. I wish it would move down, but maybe I should try harder

I walked 3.33mls yesterday and 3.25mls this afternoon but that won't be enough to offset the pizza and beers i'm about to have never mind i can be an again from Monday

Was'nt an walked 4mls on Monday and Thursday and have eaten like a so i've gained 2.5lbs this week that'll teach me

Cathy,
my apologies for being away so long My computer was virus bitten and I was getting it fixed. It wiped out a lot of stuff on my computer. I just got it back, and am back at it, the computer that is.
I've been completely off track with the weight loss. But the fact that I came here makes me think that I haven't quite given up yet. How od you find motivation and self control? Those are things I don't own and can't seem to find it anywhere.
So how are things with you? Whenever I see Coronation Street I think of you
Leanne, how's the pregnancy going?
I'm not sure if either of you ever stop by here but I thought I'd say hi

Welcome Back Diana sorry about your computer i'm so wary of those viruses now since I got that worm bagle virus on mine but I was lucky enough to detect it and remove it without "opening" it I won't even open email now unless its from someone I know as for motivation I find that I start off all gung-ho for a few weeks and then I start to wain and lose interest i'm in a bit of a slump at the moment too I was treadmilling every day and i've even lost interest in that and have'nt done it for a couple of weeks I found my job interfered with that a bit tho' cuz I have to get up at 4am and when I get home i'm not in the mood to jump on a treadmill but i'm on my feet at work and constantly walking around so I guess I am getting some exercise in a way I can't say that i've been dieting either in fact i've just had 2 english muffins for breakfast with BUTTER on them

No news from Leanne I just looked back and she was 22 weeks in May so she must be around 30 now gosh, she'll be due before we know it and back here showing us all how to lose weight

it's great ot hear from you. Wow, that Leanne is getting right along there.
Sorry to hear that you're on such a slump. I need to get out of my eating rut. Seems that's all I do. I quit my biking and walking. Sort of sucks. I'm going on our family campout and I had big goals for this weekend and I'm so not there. I'm busy getting ready for htat and baby's been sick , oh great speaking of him, he jsut woke up crying, gotta run

Sorry to hear that your Son is poorly never mind about the goals it will just take a bit longer thats all I got my act together this morning and walked 4mls I only clocked up 24.75 treadmill miles in June so i'm determined to do better this month if i'm tired or not Just try and fit in a little each day Diana and before you know it you'll be back on track I hope you have a fabulous weekend if I don't hear from you before then

todas is a new day for me. i've started again. i've eaten well and done lots of physical activity.
Way ot go on teh treadmill!!!
