is 10 months. I've gotten rid of my baby fat, but have all my prebaby fat to lose
I'm just trying to cut back on my food and I exericse daily. I'm not good with counting cals or WW points. I would do a lot better if I would do either of them. I think losing weight is a lifestyle change, so I would suggest doing something that you can do for the rest of your life. Which is why I think any specific "diet" is too hard to follow.Cathy, that all sounds fun. DH and I are planning on renovating our kitchen this coming fall. Summer is time to build a deck.
I'm way too scared WI today after Easter and all, so I don't know if I will. It might take the wind out of my sails and I don't want that.

not surprising really as i've indulged in far too many treats over this weekend

i've done W.W. in the past but was left too hungry and i've successfully lost counting cals which is what i'm doing now

i can't complain about the weather cos its beautiful and i am busy doing lots of jobs but i am completely off plan eating wise
only i can make this happen and even though its a pain in the butt making different meals i'll have to get on with it again

but those darn little cadbury easter eggs got me and got me good
so i won't complain. I'm back on track now although i'm missing all the goodies
but i'll get past that and things will get easier.
will get hubby to help me finish off the big box of chocs he bought me tonight so that i can get back on track tomorrow. I've had 2 great weeks on plan up until yesterday and was just starting to see results
