Christie, a family on "the view" are following the SBD and i just watched them weigh in again this morning. Its day 19 for them and so far the father has lost 13lbs, the mother 9lbs, daughter 18lbs!! and other daughter 9.5lbs they said they are finding it really easy and have no cravings. I have looked at it but the "no booze" rule put me off i know you can have wine after a couple of weeks but i don't like that i'm a beer girl. I miss Diana too i'm sure she'll drop by when she has computer access again

Hi All
Sorry I've been away for so long. We moved abck home May 1 and I've been busy and Off Program for a month now and gained 7 pounds. How sickening. I'm mad, I'll have to do something about this. I'm back at work now, part time, and I'm quite enjoying it. It makes me happier at home as well. I guess I do better with getting out more often and being able to think something other than baby baby baby. Speaking of whom, he's turning 1 tomorrow. It has gone by so fast. We'll have a party in the evening. During the day we have to help my brother move, AGAIN.

Cathy, happy belated birthday! Hope it was great! You're doing jsut great, keep it up, nad there'll be nothing left of you in no time. Oh no, please do stop before that Maybe I'll have to do calorie counting as well, I jsut find it hard when I eat combo foods such as a casserole, homemade bread etc.

Leanne, congrats on the girl I've been saving cute baby clothes for the day I am blessed enough to have a girl. You've done wonderful for weight loss. I know what you mean with not getting the tummy with the other babies. I got a tummy but I guess with a big everything else, quite a few people were surprised that I had a baby. Oh well, it will be different next time.

Christie, nice to see you're back, it's been so long. Hope SB is treating you well. I don't know much about it.

I hope to be back more regularly now. Have a great long weekend.

Thanks Christie,
I started out my weekend with relaxing as I know it was the only time I could. I slept in till 10 am. I've been busy ever since.
Have a great day, it's Saturday, still my favorite day.
Oh and I weighed in this morning and the gain wasn't as bad as I had initially thought, but it's still 5 pounds

Hi Diana, i'm supposed to work 3 days but i've been cut back to 1 until the girl i'm replacing leaves thats OK cos it gives me more time to learn from her what i'm supposed to do i'm working in a pharmacy and taking care of stock and invoices etc, i love it but there is'nt enough time to get everything done

Its a scorcher here today and i don't know whether to go to the local Rodeo watch the cowboys and drink a few beers or sit on the deck and tan i could do yardwork as well but that does'nt sound as appealing as the other two

It's 20C here today so I'll go and do some yard work. Planting and other fun stuff. Leave pruning for later when DH is home.

WOW
you're doing fantastic Cathy!! Just picture a baby that size coming right off those hips, and in 3 weeks!!! How are you doing with eating? I know you're the walking queen, is the walking alone doing it, or also a diet?
I'm down 1.5 pounds. I'm happy with that. Of course 50 would be better
My son is crawling around and licking the rug, crazy kid!!
I fixed the mower (it was the throttle) and finished the lawn.
Have a great weekend!! and keep up the walking
