Thanks, Cathy for the website. It was useful. But I couldn't find anything about how to figure how many points you get. Did I miss it or what? If its not too complicated how do you figure them? I know you said I get 22 points and once I get under 150 I would get 20 points. But whats the theory behind that?

I think u r doing great. With my last one I had gained 10lbs by now.
I'm slowly getting to know some more of u. I've been reading the past posts.
My 2 yr old has been sick the past week. Between that and the high cost of gas these days(most of ya'll are in Canada, right?)I have been staying at home. Except for at night when my dh gets home I go to the gym for 45 min. But I have no energy at night so I feel like I'm not putting much into it. I usually go in the morning but I can't take him to the gym daycare sick. On top of that my 10yr old is now home sick and when they get together its like a cat and a dog.

I've been staying under my allotted calories, mostly fruits and cereals. I can be a carb addict and when I get depressed, well ya know...... But at least its healthy carbs.
I refuse to let it get me down. This too shall pass.
Gotta get up and do something productive. Ugh!
