Feeling better today! Yeah!

I hope it doesn't get too bad for you. Sounds like it already is though. We had a bit of snow flurries and rain this morning, but all day it has been so very windy with light rain. Trash cans and chairs blowing down the roads. Tree branches falling, electric lines of some type coming loose. It hasn't stopped yet. Cold too. I wasn't going to work today, but I found out later they were informing all not to come in to work due to weather.

I hope you have a good weigh in tomorrow. I think I will be brave and weigh-in. I still feel somewhat bloated but need to get back on track again now.

Have a good Saturday!

Meals

Mock crab bites
Avocado

Down 1/2 lb today. Hope you have better luck than that.

Was able to eat a bit more regular food today. I am so glad. I was so sick of being nauseated all the time. Everything all tasted the same. Just yucky. Plus I have never had my stomach expand that big before. It is getting down to more regular size now. I kept saying that something was wrong, but of course the Doctors didn't believe me before I got seriously sick.

How much snow did you get? Is it still windy there? We had sun and wind today. A lot of houses show more damage now. I saw more trees down today and siding on houses missing, fallen, screens gone, etc. Does the wind scare your horses? Or are they use to it by now?

Hope you have a good Sunday!

I hope you are doing okay and survived your blizzard. Perhaps you are on generator power right now. I know there are a lot of places still without power. Hope you are doing okay and nothing major has impacted you.

Went for a small walk today with the hubby and dog. It was cold but sunny. Also made it to church. Back to work tomorrow for me. I will have loads of work to catch up on. Hope you have a very, very Happy Birthday!

Now I am thinking you must have gone away this weekend. Hopefully somewhere fun. Either that or your power is still down. There are some homes here still without power. I hope you are well. Guess I will give you another day.

Nothing too much going on here. Does the time change this weekend? Seems like it will. Just checked on line and saw it does on Sunday, 11 March. It was nice seeing some daylight on my way in the office today. I have a few more days to enjoy it.

Have a good Tuesday!

We finally got our electric back on this morning! There are still some homes without power in the area and now I see they want yet another storm Monday.....I feel sorry for the people without generators. We were ok, just disconnected from the world for a while and a bit chilly.

I doubt my weigh-in will show anything. I ate comfort food to pass the time!

Hope you are feeling much better and thanks so much for the phone call!

Went out for a late birthday lunch, then hit Harbor Freight for some shopping. Bought a cover for my cart and some new driving gloves.

Tomorrow I have a miniature horse luncheon meeting. I'll need to watch what I order for lunch.

No change for me. I hope you did better.

Have a blessed Sunday!

My weigh-in today shows down 2.5 lbs. Yahoo!!!! Got to keep it going, and moving on down...really I just lost it from being sick and not being able to eat. It would have been hard for me if I was in your shoes with the power outage. I would have eaten a lot of food too. Now you can get back on track again. Glad your power is back up once again. I missed chatting with you.

Tomorrow I have a mini-walk planned. Hope the weather cooperates. I think we are suppose to get rain/snow mix in the afternoon.

Spent a good part of the day shredding papers. I can believe all the old records I have. I decided to just keep the last 10 years. So that means I have a ton of paperwork to go through. I will get there eventually. I have two paper shredders and they both over heated today.

Time change tonight. Time to spring ahead. Spring into that new body you have been slowly shaping into a more healthy one....

Enjoy your luncheon tomorrow!

Still cool day but sunny. Had a nice day at church and spending time with the dog. Had another walk planned for the walking group today, but no one showed up. One lady was going to but she is not doing so good right now. She just started on chemo pills, so she is pretty much out of things now. Understandably so, I hope she recovers. Her 3rd round with cancer. Just so sad. Perhaps I will try to stop by to see her next weekend and just say hi. Well today is just flying by with the time change. Hope you had a good luncheon.

Did someone say Spring is less than 2 weeks away? I can't wait!

It was very nice out today. Guess we're going to get a bit more snow tomorrow night.

Had a good meeting and lunch at a nice restaurant.

I hope your friend feels better. Cancer is such a scary thing.

Have a great Monday!

Spent some extra time in the barn cleaning up from the snow storm. We're getting a couple more inches tonight. Took the tax papers to get done, then stopped in at my church to pick up the Easter flower order forms.

Hope you are feeling all better! Have an awesome Tuesday!

I doing fine. Thanks for asking. Busy day today and for next few days. I won't get much free time. Will try to make up for it over the weekend. I am so much ready for the warmer weather, well at least in the 50-60s would be nice. I'm tired of wearing multiple layers for everything I do. I feel like a bag lady. Ha ha. Just makes me feel so much larger than I am, well I hope it just feels that way anyway. I hope you have a great Wednesday!

We got 3 inches of snow last night. Most melted away. Sam and I went out to lunch. This was the last day of his vacation. We didn't do much of anything over his vacation with the electric being out for 8 days. There's mention of yet another nor'easter for Tuesday, the first day of Spring!

Have a great Thursday!

Thank you so much for the lovely Easter card!

Spent the afternoon shopping at a mall for household items. They already have the summer clothes out. We're going to get yet another nor'easter Wednesday to Thursday. I'm loving the daylight being longer.

Have a good Friday!
