So glad to hear that it wasn't me or my computer. Every one wants off before Christmas and really can't blame them. You didn't frighten me away with being sick. My allergy seems to have turned into a cold with coughing and sneezing and nose blowing. Thanks for the information about Happy.

As I mentioned before I my allergy has turned into a full blown cold. Ugh
We had our Christmas lunch today of steak, baked potato and salad. I ate part of it and brought the rest home. That steak had to be 16 to 32 oz. It was huge.
MORNING CHICKS.
YESTERDAY WAS A VERY LONG DAY. BUT WE FINALLY HAVE LIFTOFF ON HOT WATER.
THE TANK WENT IN, GOT CONNECTED AND THEY NLEFT AROUND 5PM.
BY 7 WE LOST THE HOT WATER AGAIN.
POOR PLUMBER AND MEL BACK IN THE BOILER ROOM AGAIN.
TURNS OUT THERE WAS AIR IN THE TOP OF THE NEW HEATER. THUS PREVENTING ANY HOT WATER BEING TRANSFERED TO THE HOLDING TANK.
WHAT A PAIN. CAUSE BY NOW THE HOLDING TANK WAS DIPPING INTO THE 60 DEGREE MARK.
BUT THIS MORNING ALL IS WELL
NOTHINGNEW...GONNA REST UP TODAY.
MORE MOVIES AND WRAPPING. NEVER GT TO IT.

It's Christmas day downunder and shortly we will be off to Eastbourne to have our dinner and watch the waves. Yes they live by the beach.
This morning I went for my run/jog/mostly walk and went up the hill to the look out. How beautiful was that. The sea is like a millpond and the inlet reflects the hills and passing traffic and a group of black swans that have taken up residence down there. Mother Nature I salute you. I will try to go back tomorrow if the weather holds and get some photos for you all. Maybe even a video if the camera co-operates. Might get a new one on the way out tomorrow.
Anyway - only here to wish you all a Meri Kitima, Bon Natale, Feliz Navidad, whichever way you say it.

Wishing all my wonderful Wordly Sisters a Very Merry Christmas!! DH, DMIL and I had a very nice Christmas Eve. I cooked a roast and mashed potatoes and veggies for dinner. Today we'll be going to DMIL's sister's house to celebrate Christmas with her and the cousins and their families.

Merry Christmas to my Worldly pals. Hope you enjoyed your holiday. Last couple days were busy but today was blessedly quiet. Yesterday's time w/ family was very enjoyable though I don't like how the meal prep takes away from visiting time. Need to research make ahead meals that would minimize the kitchen time.
Two more days off. Need to do some basic shopping for sure, and I really want to get a reader for the memory card that all my vacay photos are on!
The Packers just scored on their first drive, so I think I know how this game is gonna go... Might watch a DVD instead.
