Wow Gen congratulations. Great profile pic too, you're looking HOT HOT HOT!

I stepped on the bathroom scales this morning. Don't know how accurate they are but they said 96kg and that was NOT nice I did measure my tummy last night though and that has gone down from 108 to 103cm so that's one positive thing. Have changed my ticker to monitor that measurement.

We just had a long weekend and I enjoyed relaxing for the whole time which was a nice treat. Didn't do much exercise but did manage a 20 min jog & 20 min walk on Sunday night.

Goal for today is to eat well.

Yeah I reckon Gen, where is everyone? Don't disappear on us people!

The waist measurement is something I definitely need to work on ... last night I had a function where I had to wear my work uniform - something I haven't had to wear in a couple of months. The shirt was so tight that to make it fit I had to ruin a shirt by taking a pair of scissors and slicing right up the back. MORTIFIED

Going walking with a friend tonight. The first session of many to come.

Julia sorry to giggle, but can just picture you walking in to work with a backless shirt tied around the waist...

I've got a problem where everything is boggy and big.. but I won't complain! I am down to 2 pairs of jeans, a few Tshirts and one work suit. I just bought a belt though! Thank god I get my work scrubs out of a machine daily so I have been able to downsize.. they are shapeless enough without being massive too!

Oh Gen it was awful. My jacket doesn't do up around me so I had a shirt cut up the back and a too tight jacket covering it up. Felt dreadful

I'd happily trade for a wardrobe full of too big clothes!

Oh you poor thing, I know exactly how it feels, so I feel your pain!

I just went shopping in my container of old clothes and actually found tons of stuff that I can wear now.. yay! Thank god I found some bras that fit, I was getting desperate in that regard!

It's sooooo beautiful outside and i feel so full of energy I just want to go for a run!

...except that I don't ever run, and I don't have the shoes for it, and would tire quickly i feel really really embarrassed to do it.

Le sigh.

Maybe this time next year I'll be one of those hot girls in shortshorts running on the beach

On the plus side, I lost weight this morning when i was absolutely positively sure I would've gained. Go me!

my guess is cause you're hawt and he wants something nice to look at while he chucks a tanty

and now for a tanty of my own:

AARRGGHHHRRRARAAAARRRPPPHHHHHFFFTTTTTT.

I've lost 1/2 a cm to 3cm everywhere, including my boobs (especially my boobs ), except my waist. This isn't fair. I've actually gained a cm or two there!! I'm trying to convince myself that I'm measuring differently than i was last time, but it just isn't working!

My tummy really, truly hates me and wants me to fail and go eat some cake.

(phew. There, I feel better already!)

Haha I don't think so but thanks for the chuckle

I find it really hard to measure consistently - totally depends how tight you pull and I never know if I'm doing it right! I do know my boobs have shrunk though.. poor sad sacks, they are.

I'm managing to go for some walks, even if it's just half an hour during my lunchbreak I figure it's better than nothing. Still finding it hard to stay on track but am thinking about nothing else! All I could think of while I was walking today was how gross I feel within myself. Could feel my back fat rubbing as I walked

Going out for a team dinner at a Thai restaurant with work tonight so my challenge will be to stay away from the delicious coconut style curries!

Ani and Lindor are you ladies out there? Please check in!
