My diet still leaves a lot to be desired but I'm working on it. Have made a nice salad for tomorrow's lunch and have decided that I won't take any money to work with me - that way I can't be tempted at the cafe!
I'm very pleased to say that tonight I got off my bum and got some exercise. 5 mins walking / 5 mins jogging intervals for 35 minutes. It was a lot harder than it used to be!! Definitely need to work on that
