I'm down a kilo - weighed in at 89.7kg this morning.
This week's goal is to work towards an even lower result next Monday. And my plan is to eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as I can, and to learn to cook something new. I'm not a good cook, so I have set myself a challenge to learn to make something new once a week.
I am counting calories and trying to move as often as possible. At the moment my motivation is 'average' - and I know that at times like this I just need to keep putting one foot in front of the other, and just do it until my head catches up with my actions

Barb don't lose heart, you are under 100kg and that's a good thing. Gen I have no doubt that your body is just getting used to a different environment - next week you will probably blitz it!
