Well guys, the little orange hairy monster was following me around all day yesterda for some reason. I kept him stuffed in a drawer though until about 10 til 10. We went to get a movie, and I was going to get a small caramel sundae from McDonalds because I was craving desert. Well chick-fil-a is right down the road and I loooove their shakes. And I was starving even after eating a pretty big dinner. I was at my calories for the day. But I went to chick-fil-a...and got a cookies and cream milk shake....AND a ckicken sandwich. OMG I was so full after eating those. Total regret. Didn't get on the scal this morning because I knew I would be upset. So hopefully during biggest loser tonight I can work it all off.

Neesy: your pictures look great. Eveybody must be commenting on how great you look because there is a huge difference.

Takeadeepbreath - Thank you for the encouraging words. We are home and go at it again on Thursday and part of me is dreading it just because of the aches and pains when we get back at night..........ugh! Congratulations on your smoking less! That is soooo difficult and BIG KUDO'S to you on your accomplishments! Keep going!

Maddiesmom - Thank you too for your encouraging words. You right it does beat you up and then when it ends later in the day you just want to eat from the stress of it all........... That is awesome about your company paying your gym membership. Maybe you will meet a workout buddy from work where you can encourage each other and go to the gym together? !

Tiff - Wow I can relate to the hairy monster! I pigged out on pizza last night and the night before that name it, I ate it, if it was in kitchen. I don't know if it is stress from the cooking job and having to do it again the end of the week, or hormones.......ugh, I hate it though!!!!!

Well, I hope to do a 2 mile walk today and stay on track with my eating.

Tiff-Thanks! I didn't see how big of a difference there was until I started uploading pictures. Crazy.. Don't feel bad about Chik-Fil-A. I love it too! I went a few days ago and got a big chocolate shake, chicken nuggets & fries AFTER I had already gone to carraba's earlier in the day! That was my cheat day. I'm trying to be good now. It's hard!
